Sweet Smokin Bourbon
A few months ago, we stumbled across their stall in the East Dulwich Saturday market and purchased the Sweet Smokin’ Bourbon candle.
We loved it so much that we burned it every day, and today we went back to buy two more.
For the price, the quality is unmatched and the scent is strong enough to fill our living room but not overpowering. These beat the more well known high end candle brands by a mile in my honest opinion.

The best wax melts ever
I came across The Flora Lab's Instagram around Christmas and fell in love with it.
I knew by the photos that the melts were beautiful I just wasn't ready for how incredible the whole experience would be. They are indeed gorgeous, the box was so neatly packaged that I clearly remember telling my husband that I had never gotten something online where the packaging was nearly as beautiful as the product.
Now the melts, oh my god the melts. The scents are so strong and gorgeous, my favourite ones were the Christmas collection, Alpine air if I'm not mistaken. I've been saving it for special dates because I don't want to run out!
They last forever and don't smell funny even after several burns.
Most recently I reached out to Sophie about placing an order for my friend's birthday. She was so kind and helpful! I can't thank you enough!
I hope this review will make you decide that this is the go-to place for your candles and wax melts. Shop local and support small businesses, especially this one, you won't regret it!

My new favourite brand
So impressed with the flora lab - products came beautifully packaged with details of how to recycle every element of the delivery right down to up cycling your candle jars and diffusers! I could smell my wax melts before I even opened the box, heaven! The actual melts are just so beautiful, my new favourite brand without a doubt

Stargazer is devine!!
I've only used Stargazer and it is amazing unlike some other melts I've tried, my room continues to smell divine long after it finishes can't wait to use my sweet smokin bourbon and purchase some more! Perfect value for money good not rave about it more!!

Very frustrating!! Choice of courier needs to be addressed.
I never got my sample. Why send it by Parcel Force as a “signed for” delivery as I am sure that I read somewhere that the sample was “postbox sized”, so why not just pop it through the box?
Anyway, they have tried and failed to deliver it (ironically I was in all day, popped to a local shop for 10 minutes at 5pm and that was when I missed them - or did they miss me?)
Then they message me and ask for £1.86 to ensure that they deliver this Saturday, this after failing on Tuesday - I mean a 4 day delay!? With all the scams going on I checked the request out and it seems genuine, but that’ll make my free sample £2.86 coupled with a shed load of hassle so, yeah, I’m kind of disappointed and I won’t be paying the £1.86 either.
Perversely enough it appears that after 21 days of unsuccessful delivery, they will return to sender! I mean, the sample has already got to Aberdeen from wherever it’s come from, how the heck can it be easier to send back to whence it came when it’s probably less than 3-4 miles from me?
All very exasperating and rather unecessary.

I'm so sorry you haven't received your free sample as of yet. All of the samples were sent out as soon as possible, via second class Royal Mail for £1 (as stated on the website)- to confirm, no samples have been sent via Parcelforce. This raises a few suspicions on our end for the legitimately of the communications you have received and we would be very cautious in engaging with this further.
You're also right that all samples have been sent via a Large Letter. This means it should pop straight through your door, removing the need for you to be at home to receive your sample.
A lot of people have started to receive their samples in the past few days, fingers crossed that your sample should be with you soon. When you receive your botanical wax melt, we hope that you love your sample.
