No return adress listed, only vouchers for free returns
Wouldn't order here again. Returns are advertized as free but they are only free if you choose a voucher instead of a return of your money. Also, delivery was super slow: After three weeks, one email and one message in the contact form, all of a sudden my package was sent to me right away. Also, there is no return adress listed on the website even though it should. Asking for it just gave me a link to the return page, where you 1) have to declare that you want your money back and for this want to buy a return label (except if you choose a voucher, for which you get the return label for free). 2) Fields for reasons why you want to return are obligatory although they shouldn't be.

Don't buy from this company, they don't accept returns.
Everything they sell somehow becomes "hygiene products" so their system will just automatically decline your return request.
