Would not replace or return faulty…

Would not replace or return faulty product.
Bought a pair of Adidas runners. Inner soles totally came apart from the shoes within days. The Dom’s response - “stick the soles back in with superglue - this is not a defective product”

Following a thorough review with the brand, the loose inner soles were assessed as not being a manufacturing fault, as they are intentionally designed to be removable. As advised by adidas, if you would prefer the insoles to remain permanently in place, they can be securely fixed using an appropriate adhesive such as superglue.

That said, we appreciate that this outcome may not have met your expectations, and we truly value your feedback.

be careful buying here


I ordered these shoes online and unfortunately they were too big, so I needed to return them. The real problem was the customer service — it took several days just to get a reply to my return request. Because of the delay, I had to leave for work travel before they responded, and by the time I will get back home the item will no longer eligible for return.

It’s really disappointing because the sizing issue could’ve been resolved easily if customer service had replied in a reasonable timeframe. Now I’m stuck with a pair I can’t use.

Will not buy from here again

I accidentally ordered the wrong style…

I accidentally ordered the wrong style of shoe and realised almost immediately. But I was unable to alter the order as the product was coming directly from an external supplier.
Then the external supplier ( adidas) sent the wrong size as well.
So I am currently trying to return the shoes that have arrived, but have had to apply for permission to return them (which seems out of line with the DOM advertising of free returns)
I am still waiting to hear back regarding my return and it is causing me anxiety 😟

The good news is is that Jaja from DOM has reached out to me today and is assisting me with this process. It gives me a lot more confidence in using this website for future purchases. The return is not yet complete but I feel sure that it will happen.
And it did!!!! Thank you to DOM and Adidas for my full refund- my trust in your service is now restored 😊

didn't receive the goods / refunded

i didn't receive the goods as later told out of stock but i was refunded. Was also provided a $10 coupon for the inconvenience but then within a day it was made void - thanks for nothing i guess.
