Would have been 5 stars, but for DPD
The Disc DJ store received my order at 4.30pm, 20 mins later it was all ready to be shipped. Excellent, can't do better than that.

Received delivery window from DPD for Friday afternoon, however 10 mins past start of delivery window receive a notification "Sorry we missed you" with an attached photo of a grey nothing. I was here & waiting !
According to DPD's own tracking system, driver was still 4 miles & 10 deliveries away.
NO delivery had been attempted, no doubt running behind, so easy solution cut the outlying / difficult ones.
Having paid for NEXT day delivery I finally received package 72 hour later. When raising matter with the driver when package finally arrived, all he was interested in was the PIN number to release parcel & get on his way.
Not the first time this has happened so thanks again DPD "Waste of time & space".

Following so say attempted delivery, I did phone DJ Store to let them know, but obviously apart from contacting DPD there was little more they could do.

Good fair prices compared to many other companies.
Reading the about us section sold it for me. I appreciate how the company evolved after the digital age and how one of the joint owners stuck with the company, branched out becoming a music shop as well as sticking with the evolution of DJ equipment.
Items I ordered was well packed, delivered fast, on time, and securely.
Only thing I could possibly be negative about was the Items I brought stated free delivery but there was no free delivery options within checkout, I did get secure next day delivery with dpd for £5.99 so that was good considering other options was £10 plus for longer delivery times.
Regardless of that, nothing I could fault and I am happy to support an evolved DJ shop

Communication was great, product delivered on time. There was a small issue with the controller (manufacturer issue) they organised the controller to be replaced the next day as I had a gig on the weekend. New controller is perfect. Swap went as planned. Would 100% use again
