Money have been charged on mu bank account but no items have been shipped or recieved.
Feel very sad about this since I thought it was a legit company.
I have been wearing Comfy's since 2020. 10/10 I want to buy the entire website. Customer service always answers in a timely fashion. I have never had an issue. The one negative reviews should be left on Amazon's website, not this one.
Bought one of their products from Amazon UK. However, even though the item has been despatched from a fulfilment centre in Gateshead, UK, they provided a return label for Arizona, USA. Obviously no point paying international postage to return one item, so now left with an item we don't want and can't return.
