Two day turn around with a tricky sale - thanks Ian :)

I recently purchased a property in Soham through Bovingdons and had a fantastic experience throughout the process, particularly with Ian and Kate.

As a first-time buyer, searching for the right property can feel overwhelming, but Ian made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. He showed me several properties before I eventually found the one I purchased and was always friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. What really stood out was how well he seemed to know both his clients and the properties he was selling. He had a genuine rapport with the homeowners and was able to provide helpful insights during viewings, which made the whole process feel much more personal.

Kate was equally excellent. She arranged a second viewing for me and was always friendly and professional when speaking on the phone. Like Ian, she was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer questions confidently. It was clear that she knew the vendors well and genuinely cared about helping both sides achieve a positive outcome.

One thing I particularly appreciated was that I never felt pressured at any stage. There was none of the stereotypical "hard sell" or pushy estate agent behaviour that people often worry about. Instead, Bovingdons felt like a traditional local estate agency that genuinely wants to help people find the right home.

The whole team made what could have been a daunting experience feel straightforward and supportive. I would highly recommend Bovingdons, especially Ian and Kate, to anyone looking to buy a property, and particularly to other first-time buyers.
