I was impressed at how they cleaned up after installing our new shower. They laid cloth drop clothes down thru out the house on the way to the bathroom as soon as they arrived. I love the material the walls are made of. Very easy to clean. The grab bar is wonderful. Were done by mid-afternoon. Would highly recommend D.J. and Alex. They also left instructions as to how to care for the shower and glass doors. Highly recommend The Bath Authority

Good work but high pressure sales
We are satisfied with our new bath/shower combo. The workers were great and got everything done in one day even though we were told it could be a two day job. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to the high pressure sales during the consult. We were told the only way to get a "discount" was if we signed and paid half the same day. We ended up agreeing and it worked out well, but I strongly dislike this tactic to try to pressure people to not shop around. I would advise others to shop around before getting a quote from The Bath Authority so you can make an informed decision.

Love this Shower Installation
My installers were friendly and professional. They did a great job and the bath to shower conversion came out beautifully. I was very pleased with this company and their staff.

Would HIGHLY recommend working with The Bath Authority
Our experience with The Bath Authority was nothing less than perfection! Cody and Ethan were extremely professional, they showed up exactly when they said they would. They tore out the old shower, ran new plumbing, waterproofed everything, and installed the new shower in under 7 hours! It was honestly incredible! I will recommend this company to everyone I know! And the best part…The end result is stunning!

Wonderful Walk in Shower Install
Workers Dave and his partner were on time, took care with surroundings and cleaned up well afterwards. Protecting the wood floors during installation. Work ethics were very professional and finished the new walk in shower very efficiently and quickly. Very personable and made us feel comfortable with this expensive job. Great job Dave.
