It's easier to say what is right; the products that I supplied are the only things that are good. They have done my shower twice and really shoddy; shoddy is a compliment. The shower walls are cheap trash along with a shower pan that is a hazard. They left my bathroom in a shambles with damaged walls and ceiling that have been rough patched and unfinished. There is caulk on my baseboard trim and tile floor. Like I said shoddy is a compliment. I would run away from the bath authority. They have sent three men to examine the bathroom, however no solution has been set forth. This started October 2024 and still not completed.

We had John Decarlo and he came out on time to assess our bathroom and give us a quote. He was very professional and informative: he answered our questions and pointed out all options for us to consider that would affect the cost of the project. We felt comfortable with his presentation and we had no areas of concern unanswered. We decided to go with the quote because we wanted exceptional work and quality. The rating of 4 stars is due to our remodel only being on order at this time. We will rerate our experiences when the shower install is completed. Final score will depend on actual quality of work, materials, and timeliness.

1st They were to come out on Friday but didn't show up till Sat. to install our shower. 2nd they were to keep our old shower head but throw it away. They did reimburse us for that. 3rd I had shut off valves already, they took them out said they would replace them, but they didn't have any with them and were going to charge me 200.00 to go get some. I said no thanks but got angry and when they called told them why should I have to pay more for something I already had. so they talked to someone and came out and put new ones on for free. 4th they dropped a tool on the floor and skimmed a small round hole in my linoleum floor when they replaced to shut off valves one of them sprayed something on it but didn't tell me anything about what it was for and I still have a black hole on my gray linoleum floor.

Wow! My team of 2 arrived just after 8am and were done by 3! Kenny and his assistant (I am so sorry I am bad with names!) were very personable and professional! My floors were covered and when they were done, with the obvious exception of a beautiful bathroom, you could not tell that they had been there! Instructions were clearly given, and all questions were answered! Highly recommend this company!!!!

I was looking to remove my tub for a walk in shower with a seat. I did some homework by watching videos of what they were going to do. The installers were very efficient and answered an questions I had during the build. I have a smaller bathroom so I couldn't use sliding doors. One thing need they to warn you, until you get to use to using the walk in shower, you will spill water outside the area. I love the textured floor, it might be no slip but I don't feel like I'm going to in there.

Incorrect handles shipped with the shower doors. No communication with customer service as to eta, otherwise looks beautiful.

Can I do less than 1 star? If I could I would. I thought Home Depot was the worst company to have done work in my house but Bath Authority came in and said hold my beer. I should have known when their salesman offered a bath job about 3k higher than literally anyone else offered but they pretended to give me the “friends and family” discount which just brought me to everyone else’s price. But I’m getting windows done through Universal windows so I thought it made sense to use associated companies. Guess I’m the idiot. Especially when even people at Universal windows have said not to use Bath Authority. The first set of workers to come came and bad mouthed the other workers that I could have got saying that this is the best crew and everyone else does shady work (nice just what I love to hear). Showed up with the wrong size tub that was 5 inches too small. They then offered to build a wall for my now smaller tub. I obviously didn’t want that who would right? It’s almost like I bought a product and service and wanted the product and service I’m paying for. Well I talk to a manager (Andre I think his name was. He was forgettable at best) who pretends to care and promises the right tub will come in a week even if he has to go personally and get it. Almost a week later and my wife misses a call getting a voicemail saying that the tub will be later than promised. A real man of his word since he wasn’t going to get the tub. Finally another crew of workers come and say they’re here to fix the problems from the other workers. Oh by the way he showed up about 2 hours later than they said they would be there. Which was nice waking up at 7:30am on my day off when I was told the workers would be there at 8am and then they show up at 10am. Then he proceeds to install everything at about the skill level of a drunk toddler. The shower head and faucet are not aligned. The caulking is god awful. Edges are all crooked. And the best part, they broke the tower and gave me a completely different color one (my shower is white the replacement tower is brown) saying they’d be back within a week with the new one. Welp, 2 weeks now and no new one here. They also offered to come down in price. I’ve checked the amount I owe many times and price never changed. Please whatever you do. Go with anyone else. Find a homeless man on the street and ask him to do it. Ask your now dead great grandfather to do it. Any other option will be far better than what they’ve done. I will now have to pay another company to fix this mess and I’ll still have to pay for the train wreck they put in my bathroom. Thanks Bath Authority

Update: as of April 9th, 2024. Bath authority immediately responded to my review saying looks like I’m already working closely with their customer service. I am not working closely with their customer service. That’s a lie. I never heard from them. I have called three times and even left a message. No one ever answers and I never get a response. They know how to get ahold of me. They’re maintaining their position as probably worst company you could ever have provide a “service”

John made the process of choosing Color, Design, Fixtures effortless. Dave, Kenny completed the install in 1 day. Their workmanship, attention to detail and housekeeping was exceptional. Customer Service was courteous, pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend The Bath Authority.

I wish that I would have done this years ago. The installers were polite, professional and they did their best to keep my house as clean as possible during the whole process.

We had our outdated shower replaced by this company. The entire process, from sale estimate to installation, went smoothly. our installer Brodie was courteous, professional, and efficient. We are satisfied.

Wish we’d done this years ago! Appreciate the professionalism of our installer Kenny. We’ve worked with other home improvement companies and can highly recommend the Bath Authority from sales to job completion.

Zach Taylor and his helper from The Bath Authority completed our new walk-in shower in ONE day and it's absolutely beautiful.

When they left it was like nobody was ever there and spotless. Zach's communication throughout the work was outstanding, pre-job, during and post job.

The workmanship and quality of the materials are even better than we expected.

Big thank you to Zach and The Bath Authority for giving us the bathroom of our dreams and for making the entire process incredibly smooth and easy. Highly professional staff in all regards.

Great decision.
I am very pleased with my decision to use The Bath Authority to replace my jacuzzi tub. The salesperson offered many choices along with pics and samples. Their financing options are awesome. I chose the 0% for 24 months with my first payment not until October.
Alex, the installer was awesome. He was polite, friendly, hard working, and did the entire job himself. I am so pleased with the results and happy that I decided to do this.
Side note: If you call and I don’t answer I probably will be soaking in my new tub!

First, they were here when they said they would be. From the first appointment with the salesmen to the arrival of the material and the installation.
The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. They kept us informed throughout the installation process.
