-We have had 2 technicians come out. The amount spent on said technicians. It is more than we paid for the tub.
How am I going to dispose of a hot tub? Since what ever company is in charge will not take it back.
I not sure who is in charge of how money is spent. But they are less than intelligent . They have used all the money we paid, to try to fix it. Now they are going to spend money to ship us a new one!?!?!

I have no idea who to speak with anymore regarding this issue.
No one wants to say they are responsible.
We have been fighting to have a repair. Took almost 4 months. It is not repairable.
Now they won’t take the dead tub away. Want to send a new one.

Hello, Alicia...I am sorry to hear the issues you are having with your spa. We have only received one notice of your spa having a leak, and we sent you the details to talk with the manufacturer about resolving the issue.
Since then, we have not heard anything back from you, including any response to the troubleshooting tips we provided in that message.
We are well past any ability for the 30 satisfaction guarantee, but we are glad to help you coordinate with the manufacturer, if needed. Obviously, we will reach out to them and see what has been done already; and, we would love to hear your understanding of the situation, as of now.
I have never seen Strong Spas not stand behind their spa. They will not refund at all. If they deem the tub is not repairable, they will replace it with a new tub. Otherwise, they will send a tech to accomplish any repairs. The only issues I have seen with this is when the customer does not cooperate with them or the techs.
Back in February, we could have talked about the satisfaction guarantee, but we are still glad to help with the manufacturer, if desired. Please update us and let us know if we can help.

Arrived with leaks, waiting weeks for a tech
Arrived with a faulty valve on the blower motor. Tech came out and fixed it all up within a week. Overall a good product, wish some of the jets had a little more pressure. Neck jets are amazing, the blower jets aren't what I expected but for the price this tub is worth it.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your new spa.
The manual walks through the need to tighten the PVC unions before filling, as they can loosen during shipping. It is a couple of threaded fittings that often just need a little tightening.
The blower vent might be made to shoot out a little stream of water to relieve pressure, but the manufacturer should be able to identify if that is the case. Air in the lines might impact jet pressure on specific jets (look at air locks in manual). If these end up being the issues, they are all setup issues based on how you fill it and the first time setup steps.
Let us know how things progress and give us a call if you don't get the help needed from the manufacturer!

The hot tub was broken when it got here…
The hot tub was broken when it got here and it still broke. The technician finally came and said it needed more work than I thought. Now I have to wait longer to use my hot tub because waiting for parts. I think since I have to wait I should get some extra things like steps and pillows
