-We have had 2 technicians come out. The amount spent on said technicians. It is more than we paid for the tub.
How am I going to dispose of a hot tub? Since what ever company is in charge will not take it back.
I not sure who is in charge of how money is spent. But they are less than intelligent . They have used all the money we paid, to try to fix it. Now they are going to spend money to ship us a new one!?!?!
Still trash.
I have no idea who to speak with anymore regarding this issue.
No one wants to say they are responsible.
We have been fighting to have a repair. Took almost 4 months. It is not repairable.
Now they won’t take the dead tub away. Want to send a new one.
Won’t refund our money.
WOULD NEVER BUY OR CONSIDER THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Arrived with a faulty valve on the blower motor. Tech came out and fixed it all up within a week. Overall a good product, wish some of the jets had a little more pressure. Neck jets are amazing, the blower jets aren't what I expected but for the price this tub is worth it.

Although I had already done my hot tub selecting "homework" the customer service woman who took my order was very helpful. She was very professional but also personable. She offered good information and options and was very pleasant to speak with and offered good tips and advice.

The hot tub was broken when it got here and it still broke. The technician finally came and said it needed more work than I thought. Now I have to wait longer to use my hot tub because waiting for parts. I think since I have to wait I should get some extra things like steps and pillows
