SCAM!! Do not order

Ordered 5 weeks ago, said 48hr delivery, still not received my items and company not replying to my messages, avoid like the plague !

Terrible quality of product. False advertisement and zero response from customer service

Would give this company a -100 if I could! I ordered an outfit for a Kylie Minogue concert in plenty of time and it never arrived. I contacted them and they never replied either. I have raised a dispute with my bank in the hope I get my money back. Really unhappy and not impressed. Don’t shop here! Wish I had read reviews before I clicked buy!

Do not order from this company. I ordered two dresses just for sizing as I’d never ordered before, it took about 10 days from ordering for the items to be posted, and arrived about a week after that. (Too late for the original event I wanted it for) then you have to request a return, my reason for returning is just to return the one that didn’t fit, I am keeping one of them. you only have 14 days to return and they just ignore your return request and all emails asking for a response. The customer service is shocking. I have been emailing regarding this since the 22nd April and still nothing

Only got a 1 because I couldn’t put 0, ordered my outfit over 4 weeks ago says it would be 5-10 days. Still not turned up. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Had to spend more money on another outfit that would come in time. From EGO. Came the next day order from there in future

The item was not how I thought it was going to be in quality nor sizing.
Trying to achieve a refund for this item was a joke....a very bad one!
Avoid!

I ordered a coat to receive a coat that looked nothing like the picture, it was absolute appalling quality and a total misadvertisement. It also come smelling of pure fish. I then submitted a refund request and had to pay postage to send the coat back off. I then received the same coat again a week later which i had told them i wanted a refund as I did not trust the brand anymore due to the mis advertisement. I am now still trying to contact them being totally ignored. Shocking customer service would not recommend.

My experience with this company was positive.
Although it took almost a month to receive my dress it eventually turned up. The fabric is great, the color is vibrant and overall beyond my expectations :D !

On the website it does specify the dispatch and shipping times. I just think most customers do not take the time to read properly. You can track the shipping, they use 2 carriers. The clothes come from China but you can track step by step.

I would recommend, just be wary about the long wait to receive your order.

I ordered a dress 10 days ago for my hen party, I have still not received any update as to where my order is, I have emailed the company twice and received no response, this brand is clearly masquerading as a UK based brand but this is clearly not true as it does not take over 10 days to deliver within the UK, my order still hasn’t passed the confirmation stage!
Avoid at all costs!

Ordered an item on 21/06/24 and paid a small fee for item to be delivered in 5-10 working days.
By 08/07/2024 (12 working days later), the item still hadn’t been dispatched.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The only reason it gets 1 is because they do respond to emails.

Scam. Takes your money and doesn’t give your clothes.

This is a scam brand, do not buy from them!! The garment looks nothing like the image and they have made returns impossible - i don't think I'll be seeing my money back :(

Ordered a dress over 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Had to file a dispute with my bank because it’s an absolute joke. Don’t shop here!!

I ordered the Bubble Beads See Through Mesh Two Piece Set Sling Dress on 20/02. It is now 23/03 and I have just got it. Not only was it over a month to receive, it looks nothing like the pictures with silver sequins instead of bubble beads as described. Will not order again.
