Helpful and Knowledgeable! Absolutely got us the best insurance for our needs and wallet!

Simple review of my existing coverage. Agent matched my coverage exactly for a side by side comparison and the price was significantly better.

Marcus Hill was wonderful to work with. He spent time searching for the right policy and was very easy to communicate with.

The representative actually called me back as he said he would!

5-1-24 requested home insurance policy quote. received a decent offer but a concern about trees on the property were touching the roof. sent pictures showing the contrary. went with a higher cost policy with the agreement if first policy were approved would switch to first policy. my concern is how do I stay informed of the flow of information between tgs and other company. so far no word if pictures were sent and what the agent had to say. please inform what guide lines show be followed.

The overall experience was exceptional. The agent was able to find a decent homeowner's insurance under $4500. Others wanted over $6000 for a year which is ridiculous.

I’m not a computer person. Take awhile for me to catch on. Gino not only took the time to explain what I was purchasing. He made sure I only purchased what was needed.

The agent that initially took my call, James Mosley, and set up my homeowners policy was knowledgeable and helpful, but trying to get ahold of him for follow-up questions and to set up my umbrella policy has been trying. I am still waiting for information on the umbrella policy that I was told was in underwriting, and that was as of Monday. Your rates are competitive.

The agent was kind and knowledgeable and helped me find a rate that saved me significant money on homeowners insurance. I would rate it four stars, but I was caught off guard by an initial $200 fee for selecting a policy after receiving the quote. It would have been more beneficial to have that disclosed prior to even starting a quote. In addition, this fee applies to any additional policy, such as auto. In my case, auto was 2x the amount I currently pay which i declined.

The overall process was easy to accomplish. The representative that I worked with was very friendly and accommodating of my situation. The quote that I received online was close to my final cost. Overall, I was happy with the process.

I would love if TGS Insurance had an app that I could access on my phone. The website works sufficiently but that app would be more convenient and easier to get to.

She gave me peace of mind and walked me through the whole process. She stayed on top of my policy and worked with me and my busy schedule.
