Outstanding Products, Incredible Customer Service
I really don't understand these negative reviews, because my experience with customer service has been off the charts incredible. Regarding monthly subscriptions -- that doesn't happen unless you designate it that way with the original purchase, and it's VERY easy to navigate the website and change or cancel your subscription. Since you get a discount the first time you order with a subscription, yes it signs you up, if you wanted the initial discount. But you can decline that if you want, and if not, you can cancel anytime.
As for the products, they are very high quality. So much so, that they don't have a life-long shelf life, as they should not. I had a problem with one bottle smelling different than the first, and I emailed them to ask about it. They immediately responded, letting me know that because it's a liposomal formula, it can be damaged in transit under extreme temperature exposure, which isn't anyone's fault. They replaced it immediately, even though I didn't ask them to. They gave me a thorough, professional response based on science, and did the right thing. Their customer service is outstanding in my book, and that's rare these days.
