I really don't understand these negative reviews, because my experience with customer service has been off the charts incredible. Regarding monthly subscriptions -- that doesn't happen unless you designate it that way with the original purchase, and it's VERY easy to navigate the website and change or cancel your subscription. Since you get a discount the first time you order with a subscription, yes it signs you up, if you wanted the initial discount. But you can decline that if you want, and if not, you can cancel anytime.

As for the products, they are very high quality. So much so, that they don't have a life-long shelf life, as they should not. I had a problem with one bottle smelling different than the first, and I emailed them to ask about it. They immediately responded, letting me know that because it's a liposomal formula, it can be damaged in transit under extreme temperature exposure, which isn't anyone's fault. They replaced it immediately, even though I didn't ask them to. They gave me a thorough, professional response based on science, and did the right thing. Their customer service is outstanding in my book, and that's rare these days.

Terrible customer service. I paid for a one-time order, and this company somehow enrolled me in a subscription without my permission. There’s no way to cancel it yourself — you’re forced to email them and wait, which feels shady and deceptive. This company operates like a scam. I would not recommend them to anyone

Didn't realise by ordering once it was a monthly subscription! Not cheap either. Hasn't made a blind bit of difference to acid reflux and heartburn at all after taking for 2 months. Still having to use omeprazole.
When I contacted them to cancel the subscription I didn't know I had they got back to me quickly but it remains to be seen if any more money comes out my account. Good marketing but products not good.

Ordered one month only for a trial only to have it become a monthly subscription. I would not have ordered another month because it made no difference to my reflux.

Took £43 from my bank account but forgot to post the goods (it says posted, but I have not received it). Sent them a DM to their support email,
But have not received a response. The order was placed on 13.11.25!

Improved my digestion which has been a lifetime battle. It also gives me more energy throughout the day.

Nothing but expensive marketing... instead of fixing my heartburn it exacerbated it!!!

Been through almost 4 bottles of acid relief and reflux inhibitor but having to constantly revert to Gaviscon and omeprazole so not finding these products efective at all.

Shocking Delivery service, avoid this Company

Product I bought for my heartburn is good, but that’s not why I’m here. I accidentally ordered more than I wanted to. Having realised my mistake after reading my emails, I contacted them and they replied almost immediately. To begin with, this was very reassuring. I asked them to cancel that particular order and to give me a refund. This morning, I woke up to another message from them and a notification from my bank letting me know that I’d been refunded by them. Proper, honest company.

Tried 1 of their subscriptions and didn't feel any effect. Also noticed reading the back of pack that they don't have a single proven health claim. It's all soft implication and marketing.

But what really pissed me off is you can't cancel online ie. I had to contact them to cancel my subscription.

I just think any brand that does that knows its product is bullshit and is trying to squeeze out a few more pennies from you before you leave because it knows you won't be coming back anyway

I am extremely surprised! Have been on Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPI’s) for approximately 30 years and each time I try to go off them the reflux gets unbearable. I have Barrett’s Esophagus and an Hiatus Hernia so gastroesophageal reflux disease has been a major problem for most of my life. 4 weeks ago I tried Terra Health Essentials Acid Reflux. I expected it to fail like all the other herbal/natural treatments I have tried. To my utter surprise the stuff seemed to work from the start. Although I initially had the occasional reflux most of the time there was very little to none. 4 weeks off the PPI’s and I am doing very well with no reflux at all most of the time. I hope this fantastic result continues as it has made such a difference. I have also found their customer support and service excellent.
