I use to always use telegram but for some reason when you hide your number so no one else gets it ! They assume cause your in frequent contact with these people they get put in trust them part and expose your number 😒 !! I’ve had to change my number twice now cause mount of issues I had with people ringing me off the app cause they got my number on telegram ! And some reason when you re join under another username they find you instantly and start adding you in groups etc and causing trouble ! So I would never trust this app as far as I can throw it ! So please don’t trust this app cause they do expose your number to recommendations selected by them and doesn’t matter if you delete the people they’ve chose cause they’ll screen shot you’re number with out you knowing !! I use to love telegram but after what recently happened I will never use this app ever again 😒

Telegram is becoming another Meta. It's wrong to claim that the Telegram company moderators don't do censorship of their own. They are company staff, which may include outsourcing teams. This doesn't include particular moderators of a particular group. It's the same with #Meta: when they add their @SpamBot to your group, they can do it smoothly at their own will. Even without it, they can still do the same.

Political bias is intruding on company moderators, just as it is with Meta.

The worst thing is that their most irresponsible part is that they only one-sidedly judge and limit users even without any proof. Moreover, the Telegram corporate censorship team arrogantly uses unfit templates as “reasons.” This is a purely formalistic and biased approach to victims of trolls who are hiding behind the scenes as well as the Telegram corporate moderators—not the particular group moderators—who are shielded in anonymity. They are safely doing the most socially irresponsible political censorship in the form of anti-SPAM like Meta platforms regularly do.

Don’t pay Telegram! Don’t subscribe to Telegram Premium! Don’t add @SpamBot, which is the direct arm of Telegram staff members who politically censor users secretly behind the particular group moderators.

The trolls know this method works when the group moderators are in the opposite political camp. The conclusion is that particular group moderators should protect users from Telegram corporate moderators.

Coin . After u pay for the coin u dont recive . U can raport scam all the time but owner of telegram doesnt do anything with it . Time that some federal departament stary case for telegram because this whats going on inside od telegram is sick. Scams , selling drugs , guns and much more

A classic thief app that protects fraudsters. I used it for crypto and got ripped off twice, luckily for smaller amounts. Complaining and writing to them is not worth it, they do not respond.

Was using it for a ton of crypto airdrops and was just banned out of nowhere.

No way to get to their support and hundreds of people have the same problem, from what you can read on each and every of their posts on X.

I don't break rules and have never been banned from anything else in my entire life.

A Company who protect scammers and thefs. I have reported account GOLD PRO SIGNALS who stoled my money without that I never got a product and I have evidences, but Telegram doesn't take any actions to stop these criminal "sell" accounts.

still never got any respond from Telegram since 2 days ago i keep saying the confirmation codes are not coming through via sms they don't even call you to give you the code and i tried more then 10 people already its the same issue so its not just only on my side i would really not recommend this app as the customer service is poor

Don't use telegram ads or you'll end up being saddened, it takes up to 2 weeks to approve or reject a campaign, you can't withdraw your money and there's no option to complain to anyone, durov is willingly treating people this bad he's proud of what he's doing, most of the people who want create a campaign on telegram ads are trying to catch up with a current trend, but telegram would keep your campaign in review until that trend is ended, so telegram ads is useless, don't try it, I'm talking by experience.

Telegram has prevented me from resetting my password, even though my account is linked to both my phone and email. When I tried to recover my account, I was only given the options to reset the entire account (losing all data) or remember the password, which is impossible since I forgot it.

I’ve contacted Telegram’s support multiple times, fully explaining my situation and requesting a solution that doesn’t involve losing my data. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. For a platform as widely used as Telegram, customer support should be more responsive and provide practical solutions for password recovery, especially for accounts already verified with both phone and email. Improvements in customer support and recovery options would greatly benefit users

I don't recommend this app at all, I used telegram for my business for over a year I trusted telegram and have added all my customers on their and I recently got banned for no reason at all. I have contacted customer support on all platforms and havnt got a reply. They didn't get me a reason for the banned and didn't even give me a chance to appeal I have lost alot of my business associates because I trusted telegram as my main platform to communicate on. Let this be a warning for whoever is using telegram that you could loose your account and contacts overnight

Never try to place your ads on Telegram Ads! I was scammed by this platform out of 100 USD which is the minimum deposit amount and it is non-refundable. When you try to place ad, it just never passes the review and you never given any human response why. Then ads stop to be reviewed and are placed on hold by weeks. This scam scheme was perpetrated by Telegram on thousands of users. Since Telegram does not have any user support you cannot send any complaint why the ad was rejected and you could not withdraw the money which they stole.

I have been with telegram for years and this September I paid a full year subscription. Yesterday I tried to access the app and it said phone number banned for some reason I emailed telegram several times and have heard nothing back please unban my number it's not fair paying for a subscription that I can't use and my telegram username is marvingaye77 my number Is +447542069541 either get this sorted out or reimburse me my full premium fee I purchased from Sep 2024 for a year I'm missing out on my projects and airdrops it's not fair having to pay for a service I'm not receiving and losing our in earning is thus really fair? Isn't that classed as theft taking my premium FEE and then banning my number with no warning or explanation AND NON ANSWER OF EMAILS US A joke.

My account on Telegram was hacked. And when I try to reset it using a text to be sent to my phone, it responds with 'text messages are expensive in your country and you need to upgrade to premium to reset via text message' like what the actual ***** if the text message option is available i could fix this. The hacker has now replaced my email address with theirs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and no help in sight from telegram though I have emailed them
