Very disappointed about it. Blank card received ( no translation required as I wrote in French!). It was simply not written and recipient didn't know who flowers came from. No notification of delivery, unlike other providers. Flowers were okay. Poor customer service as didn't even acknowledged my email. Sadly, won't order with them again.

Bouquet was poor quality
Bouquet was poor quality, flowers were not fresh - roses in full flower, petals dropping from anemones and gerbera flower heads drooping. The bouquet only lasted 2 days.

Nice bunch of flowers

The flowers were delivered on the day…
The flowers were delivered on the day requested but would have been useful to have a time such am or pm.
The flowers were lovely and my daughter was really happy but I have to say they did not look like the photo that I made my choice by.
On the whole it was more for my daughter’s birthday and important that they were delivered on time. I would still use and recommend Euroflorist again.

At least I was called to confirm that the product would be delivered in the afternoon and would be a completely different bouquet. Not very good when paying over 50€.

Awful delivery service
First of all, my text on the gift-card was written in Cyrillic but, as it turns out, those symbols weren’t supported by the system and my girlfriend received just a bunch of question marks. Nobody warned me about it, although I could have written it in Latin.
Second of all, the delivery service was absolutely awful. Although, I realize that Euroflorist is not fully responsible for the delivery, their courier — Chronopost — totally ruined the good experience of the present. They changed the delivery date by themselves and didn’t even notify us. My girlfriend had to walk in the rain and pick up the delivery by herself! Here’s more: at the pick-up point she was told that they have postponed our delivery by 3 days! Imagine what would have happened with the flowers by that date!
