I placed order on January 12. Payment was processed January 13. I received and email stating the order was processing and will be shipped between Jan 19 trough 26th my status still shows the same thing ever since. the website says can take up to 20 days to ship. it has been 21 with no change what is going on there was no customization they were just standard t-shirts?
