Cute but flimsy
I really like the pyjamas and they’re very cute. I have one pair that’s much thicker and very nice but I had another thinner pair for summer and they got a hole in, in less than a year. I reached out to the company but they ignored me. I wrote a review on their page to warn other customers about the thinner product, however the company deleted it. I feel it is quite dubious for a company to delete less than perfect reviews and felt I needed to feed it back here/in an independent Arena.

Raises prices during "sales"
This store constantly raises their prices during "sales" so that their products are the same amount they normally are when the discount applies. I find this kind of practice very duplicitous and underhanded. Not the kind of place I want to shop.

Charge for returns and exchange
I bought a pair of striped jeans and the matching top- the jeans fit great but the top didn’t so I went to exchange it. There are no UK exchanges so I ended up having to pay to return it, and now I’ll have to pay for shipping to reorder it. I asked on Instagram for a discount code because I also wouldn’t be able to use my 10% first time purchase- which they gave me, but said they couldn’t do anything about the shipping costs.

I had forgotten my house number and customer service quickly helped make the change to ensure my delivery (which was already on its way) arrived at the correct address! Fabulous customer service experience! I purchased a gorgeous pair of pyjamas in January, but hadn’t gone to wear them until now, and unfortunately noticed a small hole in a sleeve. I contacted TBCo to ask if they could offer any compensation. I got a really prompt reply from Tara with a lovely message and several options for me. A beloved aunt was the recipient of a triangle scarf for her birthday this time. That's all the important ladies in my life who have one now (my mum has two, just because).
She was absolutely delighted with it and is a fan of a neck scarf anyway but this is just the super soft and colourful one now in her drawer, but mostly round her neck!
I loved the fact that I could choose gift packaging as well so when she received it felt super luxurious unboxing it.

Products arrived smelling terrible!
I have previously ordered from TBCO and was thrilled with the quality of the products. Recently I placed an order for a scarf and 2 cushion covers. On opening the box the smell was dreadful. The cushion covers smelt absolutely disgusting. They were truly offensive. The design and quality of the items was great but the smell was unbearable. I’ve aired them for several days and the scarf is passable but I have to return the cushion covers because they continue to smell dreadful and are unusable. That’s unacceptable and needs rectifying.

The price they are charging for a duvet is crazy for not even having ties inside to hold the thing in place. Buttons fall off quickly in the wash too .

This is a business with heart
My husband bought me a beautiful dressing gown for Xmas. It arrived speedily and the quality was 1st rate. Unfortunately he misjudged my size but before I could return it within the normal return window he fell seriously ill. I requested a late return which TBCo was under no obligation to agree but they did so without hesitation which after the stress of the past couple of months felt like someone wrapping a warm arm round my shoulders. Fabulous customer service!
