After my last review of them not replying for 3 months, they replied. I think they monitor their Marketing to get clients more than their actual service to the existing clients.
They only process your documents on the last day, 20th regardless if you submit early or or on the 19th. Then they reply on the 20th asking to fill up some random form and give you a link where there are multiple forms, I asked which form, long story short, took 2 days to reply to me, supposedly it says on their services, assesor will reply within 24 business hrs. Lies.
I already paid quite some fees with the Agencia Tributaria because of late submissions.
I asked to change assesor, they said I can't choose my assessor. The only reason why I didnt change before is I didnt want to be hassled by the moving. But staying seems to be more a hassle now. Posting this here to WARN people to stay away from Taxfix. READ OTHER PEOPLE's REVIEWS about taxfix's bad service.

I paid for their Premium plan, sent every document they asked for ahead of time, and even booked a call to start my business on a specific date. The assigned advisor simply ignored the scheduled call. When she finally wrote in chat, she didn’t even bother to greet me – just dropped a message saying the call would happen on a different day. No explanation, no action, no help.
I asked to change the advisor. Support said, “Give us a minute to check,” and then completely disappeared. No follow‑up. Nothing.
This is beyond disappointing — it’s irresponsible. You can’t sell “Premium” and then vanish when clients depend on you for legal and tax matters. This kind of negligence can seriously hurt people’s businesses. They need to realize they’re not just wasting time – they’re putting clients at risk.

After quite a bit of stress and several follow‑ups, they finally assigned me a new advisor - and I’m genuinely grateful to him. He immediately understood the urgency and managed to handle everything during the phone call itself. I’ll keep monitoring how the service evolves, but at least now things seem to be moving.

They used to be ok ...
I went there based on the recommendation of a friend of mine for whom they do well.
Unfortunately, they probably started to overburden their gestors, because for me, the same gestor as my friend's:
- communicated outside the system (and claimed that she did the subscription for autónomo whereas she didn't even start to apply)
- the agents told me that they are not concerned with communication outside the system -- and it was ok for them that within the system their gestor answered in 3 days or 6 days instead of 1 day.
- this almost resulted in me not getting my autónomo on time, so I had to do it all by myself and therefore I quit within a month.
How the agents of TaxFix handled problems:
- they did not help me when I had problem opening a bank account even though they have good connection to a friendly bank N26, as I got to know about it later.
(They told me that it is out of scope for TaxFix to give me information about how to get the prerequisite papers for autónomo, which would be fair if they did not have this easy info that N26 is not requiring the expensive paperwork that BBVA requires.)
- when I indicated my problem with the gestor, they were defensive and basically told me to be patient (2 day before the deadline with some government system malfunctioning whereas I got to this point because 9 days before the deadline I got the false signal from the gestor that "all is ready"),
- they said that their gestors are busy working on the tax submissions of other clients,
- and when the government system had a bug (the police database could not be connected), they did not advise me that I should go in person to social security even without an appointment to make things move ahead. They just told me "well, we cannot do anything", as if they did not know in depth, with a focus on solving problems, how administration worked in Spain.
In conclusion, Taxfix is probably overburdened at the moment, and the system does not seem to provide adequate protection if things go wrong.
For the time being, probably not a good idea to go there as a new customer.

Please avoid this company. Dodgy, incompetent and poor working knowledge on Spanish tax system. Due to their negligence and bad advice on filing my quarterly taxes, I ended up receiving letters and paying penalties to the Hacienda - 2.5k for no fault of mine.

I had a great experience with the TaxScouts, but Taxfix is a shame. I have to give a credit to my gestor , who so far has been great, so no complain here, and to the customer service which tries to help but they obviously can´t as the platform is bugged and it´s a torture using it even for the simplest tasks. I´m seriously considering a switch as this has become unbearable

I've been with the service for almost 3 years now, but their recent rebranding (or whatever it was) from Taxscouts to Taxfix is a total disappointment. Apparently, their Plan Pro for 39.90€ (which in fact is almost 50€ with taxes included) offers zero accounting assistance. I repeat - ZERO ASSISTANCE. You pay for NOTHING. They suggested to switch to a 59.90€ plan where I can get the support I needed. I issue just one invoice per month and submit several expenses, so I don't need an advanced package with calls and other unnecessary features, I just want Taxfix to do their job and to FIX what they have done by changing their condition and notifying users postfactum. What a shame

I had two gestors before Borja, and they both disappeared on me. However, Borja has been the absolute best in terms of timeliness, communication, and knowledge. He helped me with a few processes outside of just my taxes and invoicing, and he always is around to answer my questions. I would highly recommend TaxFix, just beware of getting a great gestor!

Both my girlfriend and I had been Taxfix customers for 3 years and during that time, their accountants *didn't get one single declaration right*. I'm not exaggerating. It really would be incredible if it weren't so sad.
The amount of money Taxfix has cost us due to wrongly submitted forms and declarations has reached 4 digits now.
And the best thing: they never admit to making mistakes. If they submitted a declaration stating that 2 +2 = 5 and you pointed that out, they would insist that they're right and have done nothing wrong.
At first we thought, well, maybe we got the one bad accountant they have. But we've been through many of their accountants now and it's always been the same.
Stay away from them! They'll only cost you time, nerves, and money.

This is simply untrue. Every step of the way, I had informed their support about everything that was happening. They knew 100%. They had all the info.

That's very interesting to know, because I asked them to help me post-filing with the errors that they made and the notifications I had received, and they just claimed they couldn't help me with that because the tax advisor who screwed up everything wasn't working with them anymore. But that's in general what they do, always denying any responsibility and leaving the problems for you to solve.
To be precise about what the big scew-up was, btw: They submitted a wrong declaration for 2022 *without my approval* and 2.5 years later I'm still fighting to get that right. They have supported me 0% in the process, even though they knew everything.

I've adjusted my rating because Taxfix actually came forward, admitted they were wrong, and offered to help me finally resolve my predicament, which I happily accepted. It would have been nice if this had happened 2.5 years earlier, but well ... everything seems to be fixed now on that front. I still can't give more than 2 stars, because there's still some discussions to be had and it has been a very painful 2.5 years.

It is unbearable. I’m just so stressed and upset, I don’t understand how somebody can be so inattentive and irresponsible working as an accountant. And their support just stopped answering. They promised me to solve everything by today, but they didn’t. Finally, I get so frustrated so I canceled my subscription, even though I’ve been with them only for three months.
My case is easy, I have one income payment a month, and just a few expenses, yet the accountant Alejandro did not manage to do my Modelo 130 right. He made a mistake in the total sum of spendings, and even after I showed him what was wrong, he sent me back an incorrect declaration.
From the very first moment, I sent him precise messages stating where I did mistakes in my spendings, but it seems that he was just ignoring them, repeating those mistakes in the declaration.
I duplicated one expense because my bank account was linked, so I asked him to remove it multiple times, but he only got what I wanted on the third day. Then he deleted another factura that should not have been deleted. Then I had to ask him to unlock the spendings again because the system added IVA to Social Security payments, which was incorrect. And I had to ask for every of those small actions multiple times, so it took three days communicating, and my documents are not ready yet.
I had to read chats and online guide, I don’t understand why I have to do that if I paid for this service. I just started my autónomo, so I don’t know anything yet.
He also couldn’t explain why he put digits in the field 15 even though I did not have any negative results of my business in previous months.
It is almost a deadline, today was the last working day, everything must be applied by Monday, but nothing is prepared. I could do it worry-free myself using online guides.
Tomorrow, on Saturday, I will have to waste my day of learning about modelos and trying to apply them by myself because I do not trust them anymore. I asked them multiple times to change my accountant, they didn’t do anything.

Avoid at all costs, just don't even waste your time.
I subscribed to the initial 39.90€, but was told I needed to upgrade to the 59.90€ plan because I needed REBU arranged.
The advisor speaks to you once every 24hrs and doesn't give clear instructions. Started talking about a form that I needed to fill out, which I had already filled out on the onboarding stage, advisor name: Rafael - with the way they communicate very robotic and the fact it takes a minimum of 24hrs to get a one word or paragraph response, it will take me until Christmas to even get registered.
Live support is also useless, again lack of customer service just very robotic.
If I knew how to fill out the forms, I wouldn't be using TaxScouts - so asking me to fill out forms without telling me which forms they are or where to find them, doesn't really help. Complete waste of my time.
Would never recommend them, perhaps the .com firm is good, but the .es are useless.
