Cheaply made item for over $200

Cheaply made item for over $200! Arrived damaged with the company not providing help with resolving the issue. The necklace arrived with a broken clasp, chipped gold detailing, scratches, and visible glue residue. The packaging was insufficient (only tissue paper, no bubble wrap), and the box was crushed. Seller acknowledged the damage but blamed shipping carriers instead of taking responsibility. Suggested DIY repairs (removing epoxy, attaching a new clasp), which were unrealistic for a high-priced item.

The company never shipped a promised replacement parts (lobster clasp). Offered only a partial refund ($50) or a repair, despite the item being unacceptably damaged upon arrival.
