UPS as only courier - dont expect delivery
good selection, nice customer service. BUT, the delivery is a scam. they recently switched to UPS, which, as every danish resident knows, is the worst courier in the country. they pretend you are not home (even if you are) so they dont need to stop by your place and just drop off at a kiosk. Problem is: if you are buying 10-20 bottles of wine, it's a hassle to pick them up for the kiosk (and they never get stored in good conditions there). FYI, UPS behaved like that several times in a row, until i gave up ordering from tannico
So, if you buy v little wine, dont pay for the shipping, and get cheap wine that you do not mind if spoilt, then it's a good merchant
My review would go from 1 to 5 stars if they changed courier or offered an alternative to UPS
I paid €21 for 5 small polpettine
I paid €21 for 5 small polpettine - €13 for the polpettine, and €8 table service. The meat balls were tiny, so it was over €5 per meat ball! I tried to ask the waitress why I was paying the table charge when we only had a tiny started between 4 people and she just pretended to not understand my question. Very arrogant and it's a shame, because the place could be much nicer. The wine was good, but expensive.
Poor communication/ faulty delivery

General feedback: Please try to improve your communication via email or a customer support hotline (since I have not received any update on the situation over the last couple of weeks, until today via trustpilot).

I have been a loyal customer of Tannico and have placed several orders in the past. However, my recent experience has left me disappointed. I ordered a wine package (6 identical bottles), but the box I received contained only 5 bottles instead of the promised 6.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication from Tannico. Despite reaching out via email three times, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment from their customer service team.
It would be a pity to lose a customer over such a small issue, especially when it's something that could be easily resolved with proper communication. I hope Tannico values its customers enough to address this matter promptly.

The box contained smashed bottles. These must be refunded

Incompetent untrustworthy company
Incompetent untrustworthy company, run by amateurs. I purchased 2 cases of wine which were delayed because Tannico did not attach an invoice. My delivery has been stuck for days in a depot and despite emails to the company’s customer service department I haven’t received any response for days. Awful, should pay more attention to shipping matters given the wine is expensive and if not stored properly can be ruined.
Inaccurate packaging and wrong items
I ordered 17 bottles from Tannico, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. One bottle arrived with a damaged box, likely due to improper packaging. Another bottle was incorrect (not the wine I ordered), and a red wine I purchased was missing entirely.
This was my first time ordering from Tannico, and it will also be my last. While I was drawn in by the Black Friday discounts, the overall experience left much to be desired.
EDIT:After 24 hours, the customer support team has still not reached out to me.
EDIT 2: they contacted me and offered a return /exchange of the bottles or a refund for the missing bottle. I will get the refund for the missing bottle. Changing review to 3 stars.

I ordered a selection of wines that we had for our wedding in Italy.
The Red wine and Franciacorta Brut came but the 6 x bottles of white never arrived.
I rang customer services but was advised i had to email. I have been emailing since the 6th of May and never have i received a reply.
I have not been told if the parcel is lost in transit, if it was damaged and returned etc.
I am currently £81.58 out of pocket despite numerous hours of chasing.

I did realize that the shipping will take some time, but I still got worried that there might be some difficulties and had constant, on-going communication with Daniella

Got a wrong vintage of a vine. While that may occasionally happen, what made me upset was the amount of emails and phone calls it took to get it resolved, all while waiting for the refund. I finally got it after a month

I order a couple of bottles and they arrived quicker than I expected. I've had wines from other merchants before that were geographically closer yet took a lot longer to arrive. So this was brilliant.
It's certainly a place I'd order more wine from again.
