Never doubt talash regarding delivery of your products....had ordered flowers- that made my day. It was an awsome experience with the way they support and make sure it is delivered to the said person.
Again, I had ordered diary milk silk and delivery was ontime, but the chocolate was a fake one and had to throw it away....guess that was the problem of the supplier. Would appreciate if enquired.

As checked the image of the order received by you, the arrangements seems to be all Ohk and the roses seems to be bloomed and fresh. The only difference here is with the color of the roses which is Red and not Mix because as its the Valentine week going so florist was having red color roses and not mix color so the basket with the red color flower was delivered.
Further, as already we were running one day late for your order and moreover it was raining on the next day when the order was scheduled to deliver so rather than getting more delay or waiting for the mix color roses to be delivered the seller made the delivery for the order with the red roses. Hence, would request you to re consider the service rating mentioned by you as the delivery of the order was done with the fresh flowers.

We have checked the details for your order and would like let you know that we have personally made a call to your receiver and asked her about the delivery time for the order and also the quality of the flowers as we have a process here that once the seller makes the delivery of the order we call them.
Now, as per her feedback what we have received the details are as below.
(1) Order Delivered was between 10:00 A.M to 11:00 A.M IST
(2) The address mentioned by you was an official address so the colleague of your receiver has received the flowers during this time.
(3) Our team has given a call to your receiver to confirm on the details and to this your receiver themselves has said that they have not reached to their office/salon but has received the call from their colleague regarding the delivery and the flowers delivered were fresh and good.
(4) Now, as per this feedback what we have received it seems to be that when your receiver would have received the flowers till that time the flowers would have gone old and not fresh.

Birthday gifts delivery
Ordered 2 items. The cake was delivered as per date requested, but the shawl was delivered on Jan 10, 3 days from the date I requested. The order for both items was placed Dec 31 and the delivery date requested was January 7. This was a birthday gift for my mother, who turned 96 on Jan 7, so it was very important to receive both items that day.
