Crap

Well, on the positive side, I received my order relatively quick. On the downside, there was no communication with tracking and poor customer service when I asked about it. This was their response after 4 days of “order processing”

“Our dispatch department is under few updates renovations and causing delay in dispatch.”

I don’t want an excuse i just want to know when my sword is coming. Randomly it showed up a couple days later. Online it still said processing. The sword itself was ok. It had a crappy handle and the blade had many blemishes and marks where the paint chipped. I didn’t message about it because I’m sure they would have just chalked it up to the deliverer’s fault. Not entirely a scam but definitely poor quality. I also heard some rumors that the owner doesn’t pay some employees but that might just be another company lying.
Btw I used the us one not the uk one but it’s the same company

Edit: thanks for the reply swords kingdom but as I already said I used the US version. They are run by the same people so the results are most likely the exact same

Ordered Aragon’s Narsil replica

Ordered Aragon’s Narsil replica, delivery was complicated due to the Iran issue impacting trading meaning it took a month but they were quick to respond emails. Absolute bargain aswell and craftsmanship was very good (only a tiny bit of scratches) Overall extremely satisfied.

Highlander Sword 50th.

Bought a Highlander sword on sale for my brothers 50th birthday..
Didn't check the reviews first and was worried I might've made a mistake.

But, I used the website customer service to monitor where it was and when it was shipping, I always got a response and updates.

Item arrived in perfect condition and my brother loves it, it's mounted on his wall right now.

Can't fault the service so it's 5 stars.. Hopefully all issues are now sorted for anyone else in the future..

I love my new sword!

This is the second time I’ve ordered a Persian sword from this site, again the sword is in perfect condition, came with a free stand, and packaged really well with lots of protection. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering again in the future.

SCAMMERS.. PLEASE AVOID...

Knife received is junk, badly cast, uneven and inaccurate. Massively overpriced. I was so disappointed with this. They said to send pictures when I requested a return so I did. Then they wanted pictures of me packing it!. They then said they would send me the returns details 'in 24hrs'. The next day they said they would send returns details 'tomorrow' and now they've cut off communication...
Lying, thieving scammers! Please don't buy from this shady 'company'.. fairly sure positive reviews are fake

Edit: having seen their reply I need to state
-I never complained about the time it took to receive it although it arrived on the 31st NOT 28th!
-I sent the required photos as soon as I got the emails requesting them, NOT 3-4 days later!
- they did eventually send a return address (which was to a random house in Newcastle, not a business premises!) after I posted this negative review. It was only a few days before the refund cut off.
-I ended up not returning it as there was a 25% 're-stock fee' as well as postage to return it and by this point I didn't trust that I would get a refund having read other reviews. SO HOW DID THEY PROCESS MY RETURN, SEND MY REFUND AND HAVE A RECORD OF THIS IF I NEVER RETURNED IT??
As I said before... LIARS, please don't buy from here

Your order was placed on 22 January 2026 and it was shipped the very same day from our warehouse. According to the courier tracking information, the package was successfully delivered on 28 January 2026, which shows that the order was processed and delivered within a reasonable timeframe Sale & Secure

After delivery, you contacted us stating that you did not like the item. In order to properly review the concern, our support team politely asked for photos of the item, which is a normal and standard step in any return request. The photos were received a few days later 3 to 4 , and immediately after reviewing them, our team provided you with return instructions and a return label.

Once the item was returned to us, a refund was processed for you, and we have full proof of the refund being completed.

For this reason, the statements suggesting that we stopped communication or refused assistance are simply not accurate. Our team responded, provided return support, accepted the return, and completed the refund.

We always strive to handle every situation professionally and fairly, and we remain committed to providing reliable service to all of our customers.

EXCELLENT

After loads of research for a gift for my husband birthday I came across this website. I don’t have a clue about swords/knifes etc. I emailed the company for advice and the customer service was excellent, extremely helpful and fast responses. Arrived very quickly, packaging was great. Ordered a crocodile Dundee knife and it is amazing! Can’t wait to give it to my husband he will be over the moon. Thanks again highly appreciated and recommend to anyone looking for these type of items!

Do not order from these "people."

I ordered two items from them. One arrived. The other never did. I asked three times and was promptly informed it was due in the office soon and would be shipped ASAP.
A month after ordering and I asked for a refund for the unsent portion and three days later still no reply.
"Mysteriously" 16 hours after this review went live I got an email saying something was due to be delivered. We'll see."
UPDATE.
The second item arrived 40+ days after being ordered. I can't in any way recommend this! company.

Conan Atlantean Sword

My partner ordered me the Conan Atlantean sword for Christmas... they claim full tang and pictures look great... you get a rat tail/ half tang so firstly a total lie and technical illegal to falsely claim this... secondly blade has scratches all over it and pitting, string wrapped around handle literally came off first day from holding it twice for some photos..sheath has a split going through leather an stitching so will come apart. tbf my partner does not know swords.. and you get what you pay for.. cant buy swords for £100 and expect something decent... however they should not be falsely claiming full tang.... .. and definitely need to be doing their quality checks before shipping.. ( dont believe there generic " we cant find an order in this name rubbish response" that just shows even more that they dont take responsibility for their products we can show receipts and pictures to anyone that wants to get in touch... try the Knight shop if you want a good sword but be prepared to pay for it!

Absolutely awful. I should have done a better investigation into this company before ordering. I've had no information or communication to my emails since placing an order. Everytime I contact I get "it's due in our sorting facility in X amount of days".
Still nothing at all. £90 gone. My fault for not researching... Be warned

Third consignment - very happy

This is my third consignment of swords from SwordskingdomUK. We use them for dance props. These were the bigger scimitar swords in the style of the Cas Hanwei. The swords are well made and come with sheaths and stands. They threw in a couple of extra sheaths for me too as I am a returning customer. There was a little issue with delivery - not their fault, DPD’s - and they stated in touch throughout and got it resolved. I have recommended them to several other dancers, who are all thrilled with their swords. I’m not sure if the bad ratings in here are real, but I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks.

What a scam!

What a scam!! Avoid at all cost!!

I ordered a Sting sword for my son a month ago for his birthday. The day I placed the order was Tuesday. I received a response we'll ship the sword by Friday that week and tracking will be shared on Monday. Why the delay? No idea.
Anyway, I got in touch with this scamming bas***d and the response was The sword got returned for no reason and I was the one ment chase it earlier.

Long story short I just lost £60+ to a f**king scam. I'm raging

Late Delivery, Poor Customer Service and Poor Manners

I made a order from Nov 3rd and didn't arrive in time for my friend's birthday. Naturally left it and gave some time but it had been over two weeks and still no confirmation email or even the tracking. Had to chase this up and the information team has been helpful sure, my friend did get his package yesterday. However my initial email to the sales team was shockingly bad in terms of customer service. They refused to apologise, think by saying "I hope you are well" is the same as saying sorry or even addressing the issue. They use hostinger mail which is an ai assisted email service, but somehow still grammatically incorrect and even misspelt my name this time round.

My first two orders were fine, but this third one has caused problems they refuse to acknowledge or even compensate for. The craftsmanship can be good but, steer clear for the service unless you want to gamble your package getting to you now.
