How are you going to make a mop that dissolves in water? Why is it made out of orbeez? It's less a mop and more a diaper at the end of a stick. Everytime I try to use the thing it falls apart in seconds and makes a bigger mess than what I was trying to clean up with it.

Save your money! Grossly over-priced and unreliable. Bought BRAND NEW set with power mop and accessories. Had no idea it ran on batteries. Cleaning apt to move out, install batteries and both are dead. Waste time going to store to get batteries. That problem solved so now begin to clean: new vinyl plank flooring and pad (which is supposed to stick to bottom) is NOT STICKING. Piece of garbage. So constantly changing pads and none of them stuck. HERE IS THE WORST PART: Spent $20 on new box of hardwood floor pads. Used one. Remaining pads were useless. When I went to tear the paper strip off to expose the cheap and useless stuff that is supposed to stick, the entire strip came off, so there was then no strip at all on the pad. A waste of $20.00 Swiffer website claims to give your money back. Who saves receipts from cleaning products. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I am on my 2nd swifter wet jet! The first one i purchased lasted a month because of corrosion from the battery’s! Thinking that can happen from time to time! Thought I would try a second one and this one lasted a couple months! This one just stopped working altogether! Troubleshooting did not work! I believe I am going to try and avoid the 3rd strike rule and chalk it up to lesson learned!!

I agree with all the negative comments about Swiffer. Not only is it a useless floor cleaner but the warning about having pets around is a complete turn off. The cleaning pads are useless-the only decent bit is the collapsible
handle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS USELESS ITEM! Just buy a regular mob and a good floor cleaner.

So disappointed. I have bought 2 swiffers in the last 15 months. I only use it maybe once a week. Owned one for 8 years and never had a problem. They no longer hold up and i have went through 2 . At the price of them you would expect then to last a few years. Go to the site in English it keeps going to french. I will never ever buy another swiffer. They say buy Cabadian. Not in this life

They have made the pads for the swiffer mop thinner and diluted the cleaning solution. I now have to use four in my kitchen instead of two and it doesn't leave the nice scent it use to have. Time to move on from this product.

The mop only works with their ""special"" wipes. Does not disinfect and wears off after a few wipes.
The duster's head is shown to be 5 times more massive than what it is in reality. Scam and misleading advertisement. Absolutely disappointed of this terrible product and money wasted. Still, it has a "premium" pricing, of course, when in reality even €5 for any of these is too much.

I use Wet Jet liquid on my floors. After it dries walking on floor my shoes feel stickie when walking. What am I doing wrong. I'm 77 years old and only clean floors every other week.

The Swiffer Wetjet is a TERRIBLE product. I have bought three of them in the last 9 months, and all of them stopped working. I cleaned the nozzles, replaced batteries, but they still wouldn't spray. I don't have $30 again to replace this thing, so I'm buying some other product. In this economy, I certainly don't have $90 every nine months to spend on these things anymore! Don't buy them. Waste of money!

My third one in a year and a half, done with them, after a few uses, spray mechanism stops working, all three did the same thing, done!!!!!!!

The SCENT is TOXIC and an endocrine disrupter! Just google Swiffer Toxic and see results.
It burnt my mouth and face. It’s bagged in 2 garbage bags and I can still smell it. Unethical

After writing a negative letter on the swiffer customer service paperwork, it was deleted before I was finished explaining the problems. 2 non-working wet swiffers, 1new very expensive swiffer power mop, extra pads for all and extra solution for all that can only be used for the specific swiffers. I'M DONE with inferior swiffer products. Forget the money back guarantee - it doesn't exist!

Friend gave me a swiffer, said use something modern not my old mop. Well, not impressed, bottle is not working properly. Also not recyclable. Thats the biggerst problem. Never would i by anything like b this.

I bought the swiffer dusters for the furniture, it does not work, I have to go over it again with another cloth with a little of pledge on it. And I also bought the wet mopping cloths, again, when you put it on the swiffer mop, it’s to wet, then within 2 minutes it’s dry. So to do a living room , take me 3 cloths, I live in an apartment. Then there’s the bedroom to do, kitchen ect. I wouldn’t recommend it, waste of money, I’m going back to my. bucket and mop, lol. Have a great day everyone !

Swiffer dusters appear NOT to be RECYCLABLE . They should be!!!

They do the job but we must do better for our future. Stop buying plastic bags so we can spend more on recyclables!!

I opened the box and expected the product to work as intended. The spray wouldn’t even come out of the jet nor would it even make the automated sound that it wanted to come out. I’m not stupid, I know how to assemble a simple product. It was a brand new apparatus and it does not work. I called the company and was assured that a new product was being mailed to me. 3 weeks later I called and asked if was still coming and was assured it “would be there by the end of the week”. That was on June 5th and it is now the 21st. When I called the number on the web, I was directed to someone who refused to transfer me to Swiffer without telling me about a “medical alert button”. I hung up. This company is nothing but a waste of money, time and energy.

It works very well. Just what you'd expect.

I love the old Swiffer dust mop. I've had been using it for 12 years until the handle actually broke off and I had to get a new one. The process is wonderful and suits my cleaning needs just fine. However, the new 'mop' is different from the old one and no longer slips under my furniture!!! This causes me more work. The handle on the old one was so flexible that it could fold down to almost nothing. The new one is too big! Just a thought when you are redesigning again. I do not like the new one nearly as well.

In the last six months I have bought two swiffer mops and I refuse to buy another. Both swiffers had snapped where the handle part is, while vigorously mopping because these mops can hardly wipe up a spill. Waste of money....
