I won money and was locked out of my account.

I signed up for account at Zunado casino. They gave me a free chip.I don't even remember how much it was, a dollar, two dollars maybe. Although I started playing, I ended up winning several thousand dollars. I had to verify my account, which it took me asking for customer service help.In order to do it because I could not get a picture of my license. After that, it took several days for them to say.My documents have been accepted. During that time, they locked me out of my account, several times to be, let back into the account.And I am still locked out. They told me the the review is still going on internally. I really don't know what their intentions are, The lack of communication is troubling. At this point I don't know what their intentions are.1
I guess the thing that bothers me the most is the fact that i've been locked out of my account, and I wonder if that is because I won money.
