Shipping and communication was excellent. I received the product right on time. Having received the product I have been using it now for a few weeks. The product is extremely disappointing. For the following reasons. It does not actually conform to the gun. In this case a P2P secure. The pistol was very loose and would fall out sideways. It is highly likely to scratch, pistol, laser, or flashlight mounted to the pistol. In addition, the mounting point is far too low, which raises up the pistol to a point it is out of balance. This further tends to push the pistol out the side, by its weight alone. The bill clip was mounted poorly and in such a way that the pistol handle stuck out at a 45° angle. This of course means you can’t wear a jacket over it and it’s constantly in the way. The pistol does not slide easily and get stuck on the rim of the holster. Again scratches every time you put it in or take it out. I had to completely rebuild it. I had to make a bracket to raise the attachment point to the belt so that the gun would sit lower and stay in the holster. It took me hours to build brackets and relocate this clip so that it hung by my side in a proper position. I finally had to use a tie wrap to keep the gun from falling out as I am walking. This is completely unacceptable by anyone’s standards. The only reason I purchased it is that is the only product that accepts this pistol with a laser. The only other available holster does not accommodate accessories. I typically use this pistol to protect my family from mountain lions and other animals walking the dog on my property at night. So a laser/flashlight is essential. Now that I have heavily modified this product to repair its flaws. I have a half baked ridiculous version of a holster. Many companies successfully use Kydex for holsters and do an excellent job of forming them and balancing them. But in this case, it was the worst possible use of this material. It was malformed and did not fit the gun, snug enough to hold it in place. I have fixed it and I am using it because I have to. As soon as someone comes out with a better version I will buy it. If you absolutely have to have it, I would spend the money and modify it. But do not trust it as it is because it can cause a serious accident your gun will fall out in any kind of scuffle. Before I modified it, the gun fell out just from standing up with my jacket on. I cannot believe any engineer or designer could do such a poor job on a product that has been made for hundreds of years.
The purpose of a holster is not a mystery. It is clear what is necessary. There is little excuse for not doing it right. I am an expert and taught for the NRA. It pains me to see products like this in the hands of the public. Personal defense is a serious business. There is no place in it for this kind of design failure no matter how good your weapon is this product makes it far more difficult to use. I would avoid it if you have any other option.

Almost great, just not great. The one item that I feel strongly should be supplied when I go to check my order is the tracking number. This is the second red dot I have ordered from you and unlike most other vendors, you do not provide that information when I go to check my account. I feel strongly that you should. That would add that last start.
