Bought Golden Virginia Tobacco, looked genuine, Australian Packaging, even with the quit smoking card, but its just Chop, Chop. $200 dollars wasted

I had a problem with my order not being delivered to my address, I emailed Supercheapsmokes customer service about it and they replied in a very timely manner, admitted fault with using my billing address (which doesn’t get Auspost service) instead of my shipping address and offered to replace the package. I did manage to track down the package’s whereabouts though so didn’t need the replacement, but I’m very pleased with the honesty and integrity of this business, if I could rate them higher I would.

Fast and reliable. I did one order as a trial, And I have done over 5 orders now. And I have received every order. Very happy.
