This is a rip off. Ordered largest size and I own towels larger than what I received. Don’t buy!

shipping took over 10 weeks. item received not as advertised

I ordered a "moon lamp" thinking it would look like the moon, as in some semblance of the seas & craters of the moon, perhaps like a mapped relief. This lamp is not "the moon" in any shape, form, or fashion. It is merely an over-priced randomly 3-D printed ball. No seas, no craters, only random bumps.

I learned my lesson about my first and last time of purchasing something on Instagram. I should have known better. Shame on me. However, it's clear to me by the time somebody reads this, Sugar & Cotton will more than likely be gone. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered 3 items in early December and all they delivered was the smallest and least expensive item. The link to track the order says "On its way" with a date in early December - impossible! They don't respond to emails and there is no telephone number to speak to a live person. What a scam - take your business elsewhere!

I ordered the “moon” lamp. Pictured in the catalogue. It is pictured
being so large, you must use two hands to hold it. About 80% size of a volley ball. It is actually about the size of a baseball. Only works for about 15 minutes after a full charge. When it lights up,
it doesn’t in any way resemble the moon. I should have checked these reviews first. I’ve been conned.

Like a lot of other people, I didn't get my product - ordered 01/12-2016.. So not expecting product anyway -.-

UGH! I ordered a ring from there months ago and I still don’t have it. I think this website is a scam because the ring was free but shipping was $6 so they have probably done this to lots of people to get money. I was really looking forward to my ring too😭

Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased the ring. Do not purchase!! Claims to be “black gold plated” bands. The black rubbed off after one day of wearing it! Garbage!! Do not purchase! So sad.

This company is a scam. I waited since November to finally get a product which I'm surprised it ever came which it as it was the second time they sent it. It is so cheap it looks like it came from a dollar store and I paid $44 for it or more. It's cheap plastic and cheap parts looked like glass on the website...

I wish I could give zero stars. The website is lovely, but that is deceiving. I thought the store was an Etsy-type shop that sold quality hand-made items, but I was so, so wrong. The typical shipping time is 5 WEEKS, and I thought OK, since I mistakenly thought items were made to order. But apparently this place imports really crappy items by bulk, and re-sells them to the unsuspecting public. Their products are LOW LOW QUALITY, and are so cheap-looking and embarrassing. I ordered a lovely-looking(on the website) pendant, and a supposedly "Gold Leaf Rose", and they turned out to horrible, ridiculously poor-quality crap! The pendant was made of some sort of cheap tin metal that looked terrible, and the "rose" was a SUPER-CHEAP plastic flower, poorly SPRAY-PAINTED with horrible gold paint. It wasn't even a nicer plastic flower, but the poorest quality plastic flower I have ever seen. Seriously, I would not be able to find stuff of such terrible quality at any dollar store, or anywhere that I could think of. The necklace I MIGHT find in a kid's quarter toy-vending machine, and barely worth the quarter. I immediately contacted them for a refund, but they refused saying I could only get a store credit if I returned the items. A store credit? To buy more of their cheap crap? And return the crap items so that they could sell it to some other poor trusting customer? I don't think so! I had bought these as gifts but I would be so embarrassed to even let anyone see these crap items. Lesson learned. Never ever again.

Sugar and cotton is so phoney. I ordered a product from there and they said they mailed it to me. It took two months for them to stop giving me the run around and finally they refunded me my money. They pictures look great but everything that glitters is not gold. They need to stop selling anything.

Scam website - They have a fake 'stock' number that goes down with the timer (how long they claim the item is available for, which also changes when you refresh the page), but if you refresh the page the stock replenishes magically to 7 while the timer keeps going...

So disgusted with this company! I ordered on February 2,2019 and was promised delivery by February 14, didn’t happen. As of today still hasn’t happened. Sent me a fake mailing label and all. I contacted them and they said to check label in a few days it’s not updated.... bs!! I’m going to my bank to have charges reverse. Do yourself a favor..... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

This company really sucks, never answered my messages or emails, they convinced PayPal they were okay didn't get a $37 refund, the lamp did come...BUT IT DOESN'T WORK, since sweet PayPal closed the case this poor schmuck has no recourse, they happily walk away with my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Just received a Kaleda watch.
The box was crushed and the watch is just Cheap Crap !!!

I wish I could give Sugar & Cotton negative stars. This company absolutely REFUSES to allow you to start the return process, until you send them a photo of what you are returning, for their "reference" and their "inspection" before you send it back to them. And, there is no mention of that requirement anywhere on their website, that I saw. It just sounds like a bullsh** setup, to make an excuse to not accept your return and refund your money, so now, I don't trust them. I won't be making any more purchases from Sugar & Cotton, and I do not recommend that anyone purchase from them. They very clearly do not have their act together.

i ordered the owl shaped egg cookers. unfortunately these are a copy of the original i guess made in china as they came without packaging of any sort. Come on if youre going to rip off a design at least make it work...They couldnt even copy a silicone mould correctly. The mould doesnt have a gap under the "eyes" therefore the white of the egg has no where to run and the mould doesnt work
