absolute scam. they're charging 30eur/month people WITHOUT CONSENT. Apple can't help, bank can't help. we're spending time and energy to get rid of the app.

First of all so sorry for this company who misused ppl trust, specially ppl with ADHD who seeking for a real tool to get help. I purchased a 1 wk trial for 4,99 $( I am student and I really count each penny) I realised that Habio took 65$ from my account! Habio team you guys are real thief 🤬

Total scam. You buy the three day £1 trial and there’s something in their system that charges you for this pdf £29. This purchase is not refundable (of course). I never made this purchase. Now I’ve got this stupid document with no purpose. The app is so basic. Total scam.
I would like to add (following your response to this review), that I had first tried to reach out to your team to resolve this matter. I was told that in-app purchases are not refundable. However, my issue is that I never made the purchase. Why would anyone purchase a £29 PDF without first trialing out the product, especially as i only selected the $1 trial. It makes no sense. There is something wrong with your system and your developers need to look into it. However, I get the sense based on your teams response that it isn't a development issue, but rather a pretty good way to scam people. Having seen several other reviews, I am clearly not alone and it seems you've done nothing to resolve other people's complaint about the exact same issue. If you know an issue exists (i.e., ample customer feedback is evidenced online), but you do nothing to resolve it, you do not refund your customers, and you continue with the same issue that results in people losing money (i.e., being robbed of their money as they did not consent to purchases)... then that is a SCAM.

Scam!! Signed up for a 1 week trial for 5.99 and they automatically took 2 payments for 29.99 so I’m £65 down. Can’t get a reply and there is no contact numbers to call. Avoid!!

Complete scam. After purchasing 2 weeks, it unlawfully took £30 from my card. When I asked for a refund they never replied.

The app is frustratingly patronising , offering shallow advice without any real depth.it's disappointing how it fails to provide meaningful insights, making it feel like a waste of money.
The reminders and simplistic suggestions quickly become annoying rather than helpful and the attempts at motivation come across as condescending rather than empowering.
If you're seeking real personal growth, look elsewhere – this app falls short in providing meaningful insights.

Avoid this app and the web-site. I have paid for a free 3-day trial to see how it goes, and immediately was charged for some pdf-file - which is useless by the way for extra 30$ (you can have three decent books for that price) - without any authorization. I am going to raise it with my bank anyway. The company claims it is in-app purchase though by the time the amount was withdrawn I haven’t even uploaded the app to my phone since I just subscribed on the web-site. EU law applies - 14-day refund for any unwanted product. Absolute disgrace and bad business practice - all respectable businesses provide refund even if the products are delivered but not of satisfactory quality
UPDATE as of 18 March. I have slightly increased the rating as the customer support finally got back to me with a constructive feedback (previously, I was mostly receiving robotic replies). The company has refunded an unauthorized payment, therefore, I have no further financial claims to resolve with them. However, seeing so many similar reviews here, I would strongly recommend the company to really work on their customer service and the usability of the website and the app, especially when it comes to the transparency of fees.

Since cancelling the subscription I have been charged twice for subscription despite “support” it’s been successfully cancelled. Thieves and that all I can say. Have requested refunds but nothing received back. Beware users. They advise to contact their support team which I have done on numerous occasions but nothing comes of it.

As others have said, this is a blatant scam. I now have to deal with my bank to recover over £75 in funds stolen in the course of 4 days.
Disgusting and criminal. How this remains on the App Store is beyond me.

Terrible. Had to go through my bank to get my money back. Took a quiz on Instagram and by the time I finished it, it charged me over £30 for a trial and a workbook. Tried to cancel the subscription via their support email multiple times. They didn’t respond for a month and I was charged a further £43. They finally replied and wouldn’t offer a refund.
It’s clear from the reviews that this is a scam targeting neurodiverse individuals seeking ways to help with their ADHD symptoms which is disgraceful.
Please avoid.

As with previous reviewers conned into buying product I did not want and unable to cancel. No meaningful response from company, automated email only and no refund or cancellation so far.

Absolute scam! Contact your bank immediately and delete the app. It is not a legitimate or genuine app. You’ll notice that it doesn’t show up in your Apple subscriptions, and it’s very difficult to find out how to cancel. If you contact them you won’t get a response. Steer clear and contact your bank to block any payments to them ASAP!

I just purchased a 3-day trial which costs $1 and got charged $29.99 for another product (adhd workbook) which I did not purchase nor authorized the transaction. I contacted their support team asking for a refund. Apparently, It takes 4 business days to reply. Charging people for things they did not buy is unacceptable and cheap. If I don’t get my refund, i’ll get the banks involved.
