Scammers! Do not delivered to me my order and refused to refunded lost parcel.
I made my order CD0853506 at 24.10.2025 they shipped my order via Chronopost XT320267448TS to Belgium. Within Belgium delivered must been made via DPD 042431674133192
Order was not collected by me because storage period is over and DPD returned parcel to the DEPOT 29.10.2025
From 29.10.2025 parcel do not moved. I wrote to Studio Sport and 1 month they do absolutely nothing and as a result said it was "delivered". I asked them about proof of delivery - Studio Sport sent to me document where missing consignee name and surname and unknown signature.
Today I called to Chronopost +33 969 391 391 and support checked tracking info. He said "Delivered" it's mean delivered to parcel point than parcel storage period passed out and DPD returned parcel. Chronopost can confirm that because they record our conversation.
I told about that to Studio Sport and they said parcel fraud and what parcel was delivered to ME.
IT'S INSANE! Most poor and stupid support i never face in my life.
I sign non-receipt document after 30 days when i wrote them. StudioSport just wasted 30 days of my life and do nothing.
Europe LAW.
Missing delivery
If you don't receive your goods within 30 days, or within the agreed time, you should remind the trader giving them an additional, reasonable time limit to deliver. For example, if the trader has informed you that your delivery is delayed by a week because of problems with his suppliers you should consider giving him that extra week.
If the trader still doesn't deliver within the extended deadline then you're entitled to terminate your contract and be reimbursed as soon as possible. You don't have to give the trader extra time if they refuse to deliver or when an agreed delivery period is essential, for example, if you need the goods for a specific event, such as a dress for a wedding, and you have informed the trader of this in advance.
30 days passed out but they don't even f*ckn care about that and continue violating the law!!!!!
Scammers!!!!! Stay Far Away from this company if you wouldn't have a problem with delivery and won't lost your money. I will go to police and will open Chargeback such they do nothing.
P.S. Chronopost confirmed what parcel was not collected by myself and was returned to sender But StudioSport said i collected parcel!!!!! perfect!!!!
