I bought an eSIM for my trip to Vietnam after seeing a 10GB deal for $1.99. It seemed cheap, but I assumed that was just due to the country.

I installed the eSIM before takeoff. When I landed, it simply didn’t work.

I was stuck in airport security for two hours and needed to message family to say I’d arrived. The airport Wi-Fi was barely usable, so I wanted to rely on the eSIM I paid for. I spent ages messing with settings which stressed me out.

When I finally contacted Strong eSIM, they told me the price was a “website glitch” and they wanted to fully refund it whilst not honouring the deal. Not my mistake. Their system, their price, their responsibility.

Instead I was left scrambling to find another provider. This completely soured the start of my trip.

Poor customer service and zero accountability. I won’t be using Strong eSIM again.

I used Strong eSIM on a trip to Thailand, 10GB for 30 days. The eSIM was very easy to set up and worked exactly as expected with no problems at all.

I have tried the eSIM it worked very good, without interruptions. And it was one of the cheapest providers I have found

Ordered/paid two esims for Thailand… received no order confirmation mail or qr codes… nobody anwers on Whatsapp costumer support… after half a day somebody wrote that prices have been wrong and I get a refund....

SCAM

I have ordered and paid for an eSim, but never got an email with a QR code. I have reached out to their Support, but did not get a response. I have then emailed them at the email address indicated on their website, but the email was immediately bounced back, not delivered.

It seems that they only charge money but do not provide the advertised eSim services.

eSIM worked as expected. Good service throughout Morocco.

Honestly its the first time i tried esim from Strong esim and i only chose as it was the Cheapest esim deals i could find. But it worked very well and no issues whatsoever

Great ! I had 2 issues at the begining:
- the Qr code to activate the esim was not working
- i made a mistake by buying 10gb/day while i needed 10gb for 30days..

I contacted them by the support service and they really fixed my problems kindly and quickly !
So i will say that they are professionnal so i can recommand to use them if you need an Esim somewhere !
