I ordered the wire grids to display my art work but there is one problem! How do you put these together? I sent an email to your store last week and still have not heard anything back. They are supposed to be collapsible but from what I see I am going to have to tote around a tool box just to put them up and take them down! I need some help please! No instructions came with these.

I placed an order for 100 small boxes and 4 packages of velvet pouches. I received the boxes but only 3 of the 4 pouches arrived. I called and talked to customer service. The last package of pouches was received yesterday.
Great service and customer service! 5 stars in my opinion. The customer service person was polite and very helpful.

The item was backordered and I didn't mind waiting, but instead the order was canceled on your end. So now I have to just keep checking to see if it's in stock ... or buy it somewhere else.

UPDATE - Although I did get an email saying it was dropped, upon signing back into our account, the order is still showing as waiting to be filled, so I guess they will fill and ship as soon as they receive them. Since we're not in dire need, we'll wait because they have the best prices on them.

I received excellent customer service! Ordering was simple, and then I received a special phone call to verify the shipping method (as I had included some potentially conflicting comments about maybe wanting to pick it up). The best was yet to come! We received one damaged piece and when I called to report the damage, the customer service rep expertly handled and was able to send out a replacement the same day!
