Been over a month and no package! Spent well over a hundred. Customer service doesn’t even know what’s going on and can’t give you proper answers but offer a refund. I don’t want my money back I want my items!

Awful company to deal with
1. Their terms & conditions state if using a credit card "You will only be charged once your order ships", I was charged as soon as the order was made.
2. Now 7 weeks later my order still hasn't shipped!!!!
3. When I emailed them to query why the order was taking so long to ship I was told there was a warehouse move happening (taking 7 weeks????) and the order would ship at some point but they couldn't tell me when. Also don't bother contacting them again are there would be no further updates.
