Lightbulb for my ring came broken,they did nothing to protect it from inside.
They won’t even answer on thousand of my emails and deleting my comments from their IG page.
IT seems like I have been bam-boozelled like everyone else. I had this light for a month and the light went out. purchased a fuse hoping that it will work again. No response ever. this is totally a mess. I will never purchase from this company again. $250 down the drain. I purchased the ring light for my phone and of course it does not work unless it is plugged in
I bought a product from them. Gave them the right delivery address, Everything. When I checked the tracking status on the UPS website, it said that it was on its way to CANCUN, MEXICO. I NEVER gave them the address they mailed it to. It's not even my billing address. Anyways, I have emailed them several times but they haven't replied to ANY of my emails regarding the delivery address. It is just unacceptable. How in the world do they ship something to a totally different address and just don't do anything about it? I spent over $260 bucks and them not replying is an insult. I work in customer service and this is the type of things that get people fired. AVOID this company at all cost. Don't even go to their website or check their products out. Don't bother. Save yourself the time and hassle.
I teach online and need extra lighting so I bought this light and clamped it onto my computer. It was only a month before the cheap plastic at the stem broke. Before that it would work fine occasionally and occasionally it would just start flashing from lower to higher light settings on its own - not very nice when you are in the middle of a class. I am a traveler so I wanted something portable. It's not the most portable light on the market. You can take it apart but you may lose some screws if you're not careful and it's a pain to put it back together. Anyway I threw $30 in the garbage because it's broken now.

I bought a Steller Light in spring 2018. The light was working for one hour, then it died. I have since then been trying to get it exchanged, but there is no answer from the company. They do not answer any of my e-mails.
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealth with.
This company is absolutely useless. You cant get a single response out of them. I've owned my ring light for a while now and any issues I've had during this time I have not managed to get a reply. Thank God the light works and it's only the rubbish stand I've had problems with. Anyone that asks where I got it from I tell them not to buy it from this company because the customer service is non existent. Ive never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Any response is better than no response. You get better service buying things worth $1 on Ebay.
I ordered the stellar ring light and within a month the light didn’t come on. At the time, luckily for me I was able to reach the customer service over the phone and they replaced the ring light. Few moths later the replacement also stopped working. The light did not come on. I’ve been contacting stellar lighting systems customer service and I’ve not been able to talk anyone over for the past 3weeks. I’ve been calling everyday. To my amazement, I called today Thursday, August 9th at 10:30am and they are closed😳 I will never patronize them again and I will not recommend anyone else to buy their product. This is $400 down the drain ☹️
Now i received my lamp, but the “head” is too heavy so i cant get in 90degrees, and the extra Stuff i buyed for it, cant be used

I ordered a ring lamp replacement bulb. It was supposedly delivered by UPS the day my house was being tented for termites. Odd UPS would leave it there/then. I never got the item. I sent an email to SLS customer service, got not reply. Called 800#. No one answered. Just a long wait (like 5 minutes) before automated operator said, "all busy, please leave a message." Left a message, still waiting for a call back. Businesses that provide a good customer service experience have live people answer their phones, and they reply to emails. This is not a business that values customer service.
Honestly, I never ever ever write reviews, but I am going out of my way to let everyone know that this is a terrible company. I have the Stellar Diva 18" CFL-R18C Ring Light New Complete Kit, purchased directly from Stellar a few months ago. I've maybe used my light 5 times or so, and I haven't traveled with it or anything, its just been used in studio. One day I go and turn it on and nothing, it just stopped working. I changed the bulb and everything, but its still not working. I have contacted the company several times over the last MONTH via email and phone, but they do not answer the phone (and I therefore leave voice mails) and no response via email. For the price paid for this product, I am beyond disappointed. I have never seen such terrible customer service. I guess if you don't have any issued with your light - you are lucky. If you run into a problem, you are pretty much screwed because this company have ZERO customer service - look it up yourselves, they have terrible reviews everywhere. Please don't waste your money people. This company has to be one of the worst in the industry I have come across.
I purchased a professional Diva Ring Light for $279. My product arrived damaged and I filed a dispute through PAYPAL.com. I paid $48.18 to ship my product back to the company and paypal told me to contact the seller to see if they could refund me back the shipping and handling cost. I spoke to a man who told me he was the owner and he cursed me out and continuously yelled at me demanding to know why I didn't want them to just replace the damaged items instead of shipping everything back. Would you trust a company to ship expensive lighting to your house again when they couldn't get it right the first time. Its not even the damaged lights I'm pissed about its the way the owner handled it. And the dirtbag actually has a YouTube channel, what a laugh?! The products were poorly packaged and I would not trust this company to ship back more items that would potentially be damaged. While I was shipping the items back in a UPS store the UPS associate told me the seller shipped the professional lighting in a display box not a shipping box. He told me shipping boxes display how much weight or pressure an item can withstand before it bursts, the display box that the item was shipped in only had the label fragile slapped on it without protective styrofoam or bubble wrap. I work retail and I could not imagine treating any customer like this. This company needs to be shut down. The icing on the cake is after Paypal gave me a refund of my money when the damaged items were shipped back to the seller, a few weeks later the company actually shipped back the broken ring light to my house. But they were classy enough to keep the light stand that had not been damaged and they shipped 3 empty UPS boxes too I guess to be smart-a#$#. How ignorant and childish. The way the owner talked to me is sickening and I want to warn people not to buy from this company and i will be posting this review to various websites. My voice will be heard!
