I recently moved from Visalia, California, to Rhode Island with Star Van Lines, and I can’t praise their service enough! The entire process for this cross-country move was smooth, professional, and stress-free, thanks to their amazing team. A huge thank you to Jose Carlos and his team, who handled the packing and wrapping of my household goods. They did an incredible job protecting my items, carefully wrapping and packing everything with such precision that nothing was damaged during the move( and I mean it! Not even a glass) Their attention to detail and teamwork gave me complete confidence that my belongings were in the best hands. Sonya, the sales representative, was fantastic. She explained to me every detail of the process clearly and patiently, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with every step. Her professionalism and warmth made planning the move a breeze. Robert, who coordinated the move, was equally outstanding. He was respectful, professional, and always available to address my concerns. He kept me updated throughout the process and answered every question I had, no matter how small, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. The service was exceptional, the price was very reasonable, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Star Van Lines to everyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company. José Carlos - The best service and very detailed with handling my furniture. He works hard, fast and takes time to make sure everything is covered properly. Akmal and his team were amazing! I reached out to them late in the evening for help with moving furniture, and they readily agreed to assist by 9 the next morning. Although there was a minor issue with accessing the apartment promptly, they maintained their composure and professionalism. It was an incredibly positive experience overall. I highly recommend Star Van Lines to anyone in need of their services
