I recently used Star Van Lines Moving for a cross-country move from California to Florida, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and efficient. The movers arrived on time, carefully packed all of my belongings, and handled everything with great care. The communication was excellent throughout, with clear updates about the timeline and any potential delays. My items arrived in Florida on schedule, in perfect condition. The entire process was seamless and stress-free, making my move much easier than expected. I highly recommend Star van lines Moving for any long-distance relocation!

Unresponsive, damaged and missing items
Our items were delivered in two separate trucks when they only filled up one truck. The second truck came ~2 weeks after truck one. There were damaged items and missing items. I've reached out to Star Van Lines via phone, text, and email with no response on how to file a claim. I purchased the more expensive insurance plan as well. I will unfortuantly be filing a report with BBB and hiring an attorney to address these issues.
