Stans customer service replies promptly and goes above and beyond in making sure you have the help you need to succeed. It’s nice to experience great customer service again.

I was trying to log into the Stan account for the first time. There was an error message saying my email address was already taken. 🙄 I did not understand because I had not made an account yet. Fast forward I reached out to Stan by email to find out the issues. I received an email from Manuela that explained when I purchased “the boss suite “ an account was automatically made.🤪 who knew!! The information on how to reset my password were included in the email and it all went well. Just want to give a shout out to Manuela and the Stan staff for the quick response and the very helpful email!!

They charge you once and then every few days until the scam your bank.

I’ve had a great experience with Stan Store so far. Having an automated system in place to run on autopilot is both convenient and a huge time-saver. It replaces a lot of the back-and-forth of answering emails and pitching 1-on-1 services or products. The dashboard is clean, simple, and straight to the point, and the platform is very user-friendly. Overall, it’s a strong tool for any growing brand.

I had an issue with my affiliate links on Stanstore, and Sidney and Eline helped me incredibly quickly. They were kind, patient, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. It’s rare to receive support that feels this personal and genuinely helpful. I’m very grateful for their assistance!
