I purchased a Groupon for cleaning one room. They came to my house to clean and them told me $156 to clean the room. I told them to cancel and then they had their boss call me. He then offered to clean the room for $100. I already paid for it with Groupon but agreed to pay with my credit card. They said they would be back in 8 minutes. 20 minutes later I call them back and he says he can't accept credit card and never came. I went to Groupon to get my refund and they denied my refund. Merchant says they provided service to my satisfaction. I then provided photos of my uncleaned carpet and they still denied it. I then called them and recorded the conversation of him admitting I didn't receive service and I still was denied a refund. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I ordered another cleaning company to clean my room who was cheaper, with or without groupon, and provided excellent service. There are better providers in the area, DO NOT SUPPORT THESE LYING THIEVES.

Disgusting service. No assistance and bad customer service. Came to fix issue, said flatly could not do it, charged $180 call out fee left the lights on and door wide open. No tools except a torch? Don’t recommend this company and advise searching for professional. Why charge when you can’t do the job. Called professional and repaired in an hour.

Spotless Duct Cleaning is a scum company that has the website under this name, but it sends you an invoice under the name of Marks Maintenance Services and "the technician" that arrives at your house comes in a van with the logo of chillstar.
They do "the service" to my heater in less than 45 minutes, they clean very badly and they robbed me with the price of the part that they changed. I was charged $ 125 for a capacitor worth $ 10; They also put an incorrect one that almost burned the engine.
I called them after "service" because the heater was working poorly and they answered that they had already done the work and did not respond for anything else.
