We completely understand that longer delivery times can be frustrating. For items that are not directly in stock at our warehouse, we always display the estimated delivery time transparently on the product page. In rare cases, delays can still occur due to factors that are unfortunately beyond our direct control.

We were able to find only one order from you, which was successfully delivered to you on the 4th day after the order was placed.

The shoe you ordered is shown in our shop with the colors black, grey and white, and it is shipped accordingly. Based on our current information, the delivered item therefore matches the product image and description.

However, we would of course like to review the situation more closely. Please send us a few photos of the received item together with your order number to our customer service. We will then check the case internally and find a suitable solution.

thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that your experience was not satisfactory, especially since the items were intended for your ski trip.

Unfortunately, one of the ordered items was affected by a stock discrepancy, which led to an oversell. We sincerely apologize for the delayed communication regarding this – this should of course have been shared earlier.

We want to clarify that we definitely only received one payment; no double charge occurred. The sold-out item was refunded at your request, and the rest of the order was shipped to you as requested.

Regarding delivery: according to the tracking information, your parcel has been available for pickup at a DHL Packstation since February 26, 2026, as a delivery attempt was made but you were unfortunately not available at that time.

If you have any questions regarding your order, payment, or delivery, please feel free to contact our support team. We will gladly review the case again and assist you in finding a solution.

thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with your order and we fully understand your frustration.

Please allow us to clarify:

The shoes were shipped properly packed and arrived undamaged and fully usable.

Unfortunately, the shoebox was reported as damaged during transport. While this does not affect the product itself, we understand that it was disappointing, especially since it was intended as a gift.

To compensate for this, we offered you two options: a goodwill refund of €5 for the damaged packaging, or the possibility to return the shoes for a full refund once they arrive back with us.

As much as we would like to make returns easier, we regret that we are unable to provide prepaid return labels outside of Germany. We informed you of this transparently and offered the above alternatives to resolve the situation as fairly as possible.

We are sorry that this did not meet your expectations. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously and will continue working to improve both our shipping processes and the support we provide to our international customers.
