Item bought and warranty not honoured cannot find company on internet no such company stating obviously must be scam as had over £600 for a hot tub that hasn’t lasted a year
Lazyspa don’t wanna know due to buying it from splash fun

Needed assistance with failing parts - within warranty.

No reply to emails or any customer service.

Countless emails sent and company didn’t reply , about status of my lazy spa , as ups had not even received it , finally I received a email to say shipped on the way ,
Think something splash fun could possibly take on board is communicating with buyers and updates would be extremely helpful

I was pleased with delivery etc a year ago but been trying to contact them for 2 weeks about my faulty pump and getting no response to emails. Frustrating.

Ordered Paris hot tub with ease. Emails kept me informed about delivery which was within a couple of days of order. Tub is great.Was easy to set up. Great service

Competitive price and quick delivery. The item was well packed and arrived undamaged.

The mat for the hot tub is great quality and thickness and quickly dispatched. The only let down was the delivery company not delivering the order when they were meant to.

1st class service, delivery was prompt. Highly recommend

Awful service/company. The hot tub came missing a part and still after 6 weeks it’s no where to be seen. There is no answer via chat or email. I will be taking this up with my bank. And on reading the below it appears lazyspa don’t honour the guarantees from this company.

Email has been answered regarding error on hot tub. Warranty claim has been agreed and emails are updated more often with the new information. Disappointed in Bestway/Lazy Spa that they do not offer warranty to their products sold via SplashFun.
Web chat does not work and email is the only way to contact the company - which makes the communciation feel slower

Super quick delivery last August. Hawaii lazy spa was sold out everywhere. We found on Splash Fun website. Ordered on the Sunday and delivered by the Wednesday. We were up and running by Friday. Really good quick service

Excellent service.. ordered Thursday 27th August at 5:30pm for delivery expected to be Bank Holiday Monday 31st August. Absolutely amazed the tub arrived following day on 28th August.. so far me and the family are enjoying the tub, zero complaints and have sent off to register/approve direct with Lay Z Spa for the 2 year warranty. Would highly recommend this Splash Fun!

Had a slight technical issue which was no fault of the seller. Help and support offered throughout the sale and technical issue.

I had good service from this company and it was delivered the next day as specified and all came complete , took a little time to put together but doesn’t everything 😂 it took a while to heat but great once warmed up x
