We've been using Spire for just under 2 years now, and they supply most of our stock, so they're an integral part of our business. Price is good but service is even better.
Next day delivery on everything up until 4-5pm, and the service and relationship building is excellent - something which is extremely important to us and makes a real difference.
Andy has helped us with everything and gives it everything he has - thanks so much!

horrible experience when it comes to faulty and return which they refer you to anywhere but not take care of products, we bought AOC monitor 10 of them all turn to be faulty and when we request to return the refer us to contact AOC directly,
It's a terrible company to deal with. We placed an order, we were shocked to receive a faulty/damaged product. Spire staff were very dismissive, we were promised numerous callbacks but they never materialised. We decided to close our trade account with them, a company such as this is not reliable.

I created an order which I had to cancel due to incompatability with other items due to stock availability. It was cancelled but have had no return of the money nearly 2 weeks later
I have been using Spire for a few years now and I have to say out of the current offering of distributors in the UK this is one of the best I have had dealings with. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone I speak to is always very easy to deal with. Pricing yes could always be better but I feel this needs to be addressed not by the current race to the bottom but by correctly taxing the company that is causing the race to the bottom.
I always recommend Spire to any of my contacts and they are my main supplier.
Sometimes a company can be best judged when there are issues that need resolving. Initial dealings resulted in good prices with excellent service. Issue with one faulty item resolved quickly.

received a faulty item there return policy leaves me out of pocket. not happy with that. i ordered a new working item received a faulty item. the cost should not be with me but should be with Spire. had to cut my losses and bin the item. will not buy here again
Feeling a bit uncertain about these guys, I’ve had 3 separate orders and of the 2 items I’ve unboxed I have had 2 damaged products. Now I have to go to the effort of going through the RMA process and being out of pocket.
Now my go to technology supplier. Prices aren't ALWAYS fantastic, but that's the technology market for you. Speedy delivery and always been quick to help.
