Awful experience and unethical company. They wrongfully charged me, refused to refund me, and tried to get me to be positive to offer it to me. They tried to not reply to me just so they wouldn't have to refund me. Finally did. Bad company and ethics, don't give them your money.

I agree with the other reviews: support is very poor. The program claims it will remove bots and improve your profile. This isn't true. After the initial testing phase, the program developed numerous bugs. I called the internal team to discuss the various bugs. They apologized and extended the trial period to fix them, but nothing changed. The idea was sound, but the end result was disappointing. I wasted weeks for nothing.

Great service from customer support when I had a problem, went out of their way to accomodate me, and refunded a service within 3 days when it was my fault. Really appreciated, thanks Spikerz team

I signed up for a trial and couldn’t figure out how to cancel. I emailed them requesting to cancel and they never did. They make it difficult to figure out how to cancel your subscription. After they charged my card I asked them to refund my money because I didn’t want to the service and they refused.

Extremely disappointing experience with Spikerz. I reached out before my trial ended to cancel my subscription, but their support team was unavailable. Instead of honoring my request, they prolonged the process, ignored my initial message, and ended up charging me $45 anyway.

When I followed up, their responses were dismissive and unhelpful, blaming me for not manually checking chat updates instead of taking responsibility for their lack of proper customer service. This is unethical business practice, and I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

If you’re considering Spikerz, beware—they make cancellations unnecessarily difficult and will charge you even if you request to cancel on time. Avoid at all costs.

Completely useless for bot removal. My account is screaming with bots. Spikerz didn't detect any! I cancelled the service immediately during the trial and then it gave me the option to talk to someone in "sales" to have manual bot removal. That just sounds like they don't have a product and they are pushing "consulting services" on to the user. I'll stop short of saying this is a scam only because I reduce my credibility.

Started a free trial 7 July 2024. Didn’t find the platform useful as it did not provide any specific details about why some posts may be identified as “high risk” or offer any solution on how to remedy.
I emailed spikerz on 7 July, as there is no other way of cancelling your free trail in the account settings.
They responded on 7 July and acknowledged that my trial would be cancelled, stating, “Thank you for reaching out regarding the cancellation request for your subscription. I wanted to confirm that your request to cancel your free trial with Spikerz has been successfully processed, thank you for reaching out and for giving our platform a try”.
Despite this, I was still charged $37.03 AUD on 14 July. They failed to respond to two of my emails seeking answers as to why I was charged; until my bank intervened after I disputed the unauthorised transaction! I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one issued.

I do not trust this company at all and do not recommend!
