ordered a waterway exec. pump.. it arrived in two days.. the wetend was severely cracked... they did not answer their phone.. sent a message through their website:
here is the string of emails...
in the end they never responded to me , never shipped me the replacement part.. that I had to buy from somewhere else for $100.00 and wait 1.5 weeks extra to get the part..... BAD COMPANY!

We'd be happy to replace the wet end for you as it would be quicker and we won't need anything returned - however, to proceed, can you please provide photos of the outside of the box the unit arrived in?
