don't waste your money on the minis. If you are lucky they will last 30 days. I have had three pair, the last ones lasted 9 days. The keep you going until the 45 day warr. is up. These are junk. When the do work they whistle at any little noise or movement. There must be something better than this junk on the market. I threw away $120

I have been trying for days to talk to a support person. I am convinced that they do not exist. I called today at opening time of 9AM and was soon told that no reps were available for fifteen minutes. this is the worst support I have seen in my lifetime.

Chat and email is through AI and not helpful, was unable to speak directly with person on the phone. When attempting replacement of Soundbright Mini the rep. only wanted to credit me the half off amount paid, not half of the price that I paid for 2 sets. I do not think that AI understood.

Easy to adapt to and a very comfortable fit.

I bought these for my roommate and he's happy with them. Thank goodness.

Very pleased with the hearing aids. They even work well in noisy environments. If I had a complaint, it would be the bluetooth could have a better range. When I walk away from the source, it cuts out after about 10'.

I'm looking into a set but not being able to talk to someone, not seeing much descent info about them and it looks like I can't get replacement cones, according to your part lists. I see much I like about them, but with the lack of descent support I think I have to go somewhere else. Was looking at the horizon one or pro

I recently finished Radiation Therapy. While going through the process my TV sound bar went “bad”. So I purchased another, only to have the same problem. The sound was terrible. I had the problem 3 more times. I was not ready to give in to my hearing problem, until Soundbright came along.
I have tried OTC hearing aids in the past, they were the worst. I mean THE WORST!
Since I started wearing Horizon I can not only hear my TV without turning the sound up, but I can hear the birds singing and people talking!

I traded in a pair of Discovery Hearing Aids for the Horizon One Hearing Aids. It took a little longer than I liked to send mine in until I received the new ones. The wait was worth it, the new ones work so much better. I’m glad I did the trade.

My one star is not a judgment on your hearing devices. I have had increasingly greater confidence wearing your hearing devices, and have always rated then with five stars. The one start is for your use of the lure of a free maintenance kit for an "honest evaluation." Honesty is not engendered by such influences.

I was able to find affordable hearing aids that seem to work well! Still getting used to them and trying to remember to charge them when not wearing them.

Sound clarity was really good,easy to use for modes and volume adjustment

When my Soundbright aids arrived I took out the aids I 'd been using about a month and put in the Soundbright minis. The difference was night and day! The background noise which had been present was GONE! My hearing returned to normal and I can hear conversations and understand what everyone is saying. I have even forgotten to take them out when preparing for bedtime.

I have not had the need to contact Soundbright’s customer service department, but I am confident customer service is their top priority. How, you ask? With reasonable maintenance, the hearing aids work every time I put them in my ears. Product reliability is the sincerest form of customer service IMO.

I have been using the Soundbright Horizon Plus OTC hearing aids for about three weeks now. They are exceptional hearing aids for not being prescription. They are better than my $2,000 prescription hearing aids. I had no problems setting them up and getting used to them.
