The leads the email are terrible. They have no idea what you are talking about and never looked into selling and most of them are very angry.

Great service and great leads

Out of all the names and phone numbers that have come in there were too many people saying " I never said I wanted to sell my house" or " I have hung up on people who called me and said I wasn't interested" or better still. How did you get my name I just purchased this house a year ago. There has not been 1 legitmate seller and while one said they spoke to someone they told them not to call back. I have given up totally and will refer on my sphere of referrals from past clients. I have been testing referral companies, this one cost 1800.00 and rating them for years to see who really knows how to make it work, not get into your bank account. There needs to be more legislation in our Industry when it comes to these type of Lead Generating companies who take money upfront with false promises or exagerated expectations. They all came from one neighborhood area as well.

Quick lead, easy close!

Kassandra was Awesome! Went above and beyond. VERY frustrating selling your home But, Kassandra was able to calm us down when we were anxious. Always asked how we wanted to proceed, Never gave her opinion unless asked & her opinion was usually the one ☝️! Kassandra always called back within minutes or texted back she would call. We feel we made a Friend!

I'm getting spammed from this company and it's been extremely annoying. I'm not sure how they got my number, but they contacted me MULTIPLE times the past four hours via phone call and text from multiple different numbers. BEWARE. Terrible way of trying to fish for people.
