Ordered an inverter along with wiring…

Ordered an inverter along with wiring and balance-of-system components. Everything arrived properly packed. It took about a week before shipping, which I was told upfront after emailing support. They could improve phone support, but email was reliable. Prices were fair and equipment was genuine.

This was my first time ordering from Solar Cellz USA. Processing wasn’t fast, but it was consistent with what they communicated. Once shipped, tracking was provided and the items arrived safely. The mounts were sturdy, properly finished, and easy to install. If you’re patient and plan ahead, the products are dependable.

Solar Cellz is a total scam

This company is a total scam. Claim to have product, I doubt they do, in Charlotte warehouse. Can NEVER speak to anyone. Every time told nobody’s available. Always read a canned speech of “we are experiencing warehouse problems and delays….” I received a bogus FedEx tracking number, was “awaiting pickup” until disappearing from website. More importantly, why do I need a tracking number for a pickup?
Then the email of “ you may want to contact your CC company for chargeback”. What legitimate company does that. Nothing after 5 weeks.

BEWARE-CHECK THEIR INVENTORY

Ordered solar mounting rail and received bogus tracking info so called only to find out they have a 14 day shipping policy on "what was in stock", so after 14 days called 7 more times. The rep responsible for my order was always on the phone and never received a call back, so tried to cancell...no luck. Finally to get my $400+ back had to dispute the charge with my credit card co. As it turned out, the part had been obsoleted 2 years earlier by the mfg and Solar Cellz never had or could get inventory. BEWARE check their inventory or best go somewhere else.

Solar Cellz USA FRAUD COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY STEAL YOUR MONEY 
They refused to refund my order of $22,000. Provided FAKE info and Order was never shipped. Order was Cancelled and they still charge my card without permission. Solarcellzusa just Stay Far Far Away from them. I am now going to put them to court. Solar Cellz USA 980-729-7442 is an Answering Service helping them commit Fraud

Solar Cellz USA is the worst company ever!

Solar Cellz USA is worst company I have done business with. THIS COMPANY WILL LITERALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I ordered an expensive Tesla battery and the backup Gateway for a total of about 12K. They took 2 months to tell me they wouldn't deliver the products and that I would be getting a refund. No body ever followed up for the refund. Whenever I called to ask about this, their customer service team would ask me to leave a message. They could never transfer my call to someone who was actually in charge of refunds. And nobody ever answered my email or phone messages. WORST COMPANY EVER.

Lied to me about product inventory

Lied to me about product inventory, shipped the wrong product and took forever to correct their screw up. I cancelled the order and got a better deal from another supplier. Never consider suing them again.

Poor service and communication

I ordered two solar panels, two rails, and some brackets for an off-grid system. The first problem was my own fault--I should have noticed there is an 8 panel minimum. So they canceled that part of the order. But then without telling me they also canceled the rails, apparently because my $131 in shipping charges wasn't enough. So three weeks after my order I get a tiny box of brackets. After complaining, they refunded the price of the two rails they never sent (without informing me they were canceling), but they never refunded the shipping. So I paid $131 to ship a tiny little box of hardware. If you're looking for things to be shipped, find another vendor. This was a terrible experience for me.

Great Product Selection and Advice

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received my solar panels. Their EPC support team even followed up to ensure we had everything needed for interconnection. Impressive service all around.

Order on 20 June 2025. 34 days after order date the item was finally shipped. I called to cancel the order on day 28 and they couldn’t cancel the order since the order was sent to the warehouse. This is ridiculous. Shipping cost was equivalent to over night shipping. $54 for a box weighting less than 18 oz. I will never buy from them again. And by the way. We are now 36 days since order was placed. It’s is 26 July 2025 and I still don’t have the box. Estimated delivery of 29 July 2025. Pathetic.

Incredibly poor communication with…

Incredibly poor communication with customers and no way for customers to contact company about orders. I was told an item would be in on a certain day and it did not come. The order status never changed. I tried to contact someone, only option was an email address. I sent an email twice and never received a response. Didn’t get any service till I threatened reversing charges.

Poor Shipping

It took over 14 days to ship, even when the website said it is in stock. The box used for shipping the item was a reused box , where old address was removed, tape from the previous packing was still on the box, the box was cut to fit the item, I was disappointed to see solarcellz could not find a proper box to ship a $500 item.

The equipment took well over a month to…

The equipment took well over a month to arrived. Getting answers from customer service via email was 4 to 6 days late. The delivery date was delayed by 3 weeks and had I cancel my order due to lack of communication and not getting my equipment on time, I would have been charged a fee. Not happy

Paid shipping for items never shipped!

I place order # SO921 on 3/13 for 4 items and paid shipping of $118.64 for the 4 items. 3 of the items were unable to be shipped so I should have received credit for shipping of the other 3 items. I spoke with Kiersten and her supervisor on 4/2 and they said they would have to "mail me a check" for the difference in shipping. Current shipping for the one item is $51.80 via Fed Ex so my credit should be $66.84. It's impossible that you guys can't credit my original payment method of PayPal or my CC.
