Their game launcher is an atrocity.
Have attempted to download the read dead redemption 2 three times now.
Have had to re install gta v twice.
Lost count how many times i've had to reinstall the launcher all together.
Would rather swim at chernobyl then spend another minute dealing with this aneurysm inducing app.

you cant get any worse then this support they have.

I paid for gta+ which has not activated after a full week. I can't login to rockstar because they're saying the password doesn't match even though i used the same password to sign into Microsoft Outlook and my xbox ID itself. They won't send a forgotten password link after multiple attempts which means I can't even raise a damn ticket because I can't login online! It's a viscous cycle which results in me getting ripped off and paying for a service I'm not receiving and can't even report. Rockstar, my gamer tag is h4milt0n7087, please sort it out ASAP or contact me since you've left me no option to contact you.

They make some really entertaining products including GTAV, GTAV Online and the upcoming release; Grand Theft Auto 6!

why would anyone in there right minds want a alphanumeric name and when you go to type one in somehow tells me i need 4 alphanumeric characters but your dumbass company wont let a mofo use a 4 alphanumeric character username. i have sat there for about 30 minutes putting in different ones and nothing worked. probably the dumbest thing i have ever seen trying to sign up for something

Oh my god. How utterly incompetent.
You'll end up buying a game like Red Dead Redemption 2 and only to find your steam account isn't connected to the right Rockstar social club account. Can't seem to verify with Rockstar customer service as they just don't care. I think I'd rather s**t on my hands and clap than deal with them ever again.

Good luck on trying to prove yourself to the Rockstar Social Club team that you're the owner of your account purchases. I have linked a RSC account to my primary email that I use for all my purchases and games including steam where I bought GTAV. I have shown them all the proof they asked, minor some that is not to major of importance of proof against the main ones I have (steam account, replying through my email, proof of game on my account, purchase history, and CD key). They couldn't help me link my new associated account that is still under the same email because I forgot my old one. All they offered me is an account deletion where I pretty much lose my GTAV game and they link my newer RSC account to the same exact email. So pretty much if you forget your old RSC account you lose your games that you waste your hard earned money for.

After 15 tries to log in I gave up to solve this stupid unsolvable captcha. It is unsolvable. There are often two identical solutions, that only have a different wallpaper color.

I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition and Rockstar claims that you will receive an extremely expensive in-game item if you link your Twitch account with Social Club. I did that and not only was no item received, they will not let me log in to submit a ticket and password reset does nothing, so along with extremely shady business practices, it is safe to assume they give absolutely zero interest to customer service and satisfaction.

I have never had any issues with their customer service. When you send an email ticket they respond within 24 hours (and sometimes same day). They do an evaluation, and request any information that they may need (pictures/video clips) validating what you are experiencing. (items missing, things not loading or saving, etc.) Once they confirm what you are stating they address the issue and either give you the steps to resolve the problem, or they compensate you.
I have never had any difficulties communicating with their customer service team as they are always helpful, courteous and professional.
I have found the need to reach out several times over my many years of play, and have never found myself "unsatisfied"... and each time it was a pleasant experience with satisfactory results.

Why do you need to go through a confusing puzzle to verify that it’s not a not. The AI is a mess even when an image is perfectly level it doesn’t count. Which can leave certain autistic people with three choices deal with high pitched songs, give up from rage or keep going. Why has a multi billion pound company not tested it or consulates focus groups to check it disability friendly. This is definitely not the same rockstar that it was five years ago.

It would really be nice if rockstar stop putting so much effort into GTA five and just go ahead and come out with GTA six the freaking updates for GTA five or unneeded and unwanted . It would be nice to see them give more concerned of their consumers and less concerned about their pockets. I do admit they make some great games once they initially come out after you get past the Bull The concepts in the projects that they come out with are enjoyable the downfall is this for some reason they keep wanting to capitalize on the same thing and it really makes it hard to enjoy the games that ,Us as consumers want to play.

lost account coz email has been deleted due to inactivity and these scammers wont assign it to new email, paid 50pounds for game, now its wasted! can login thru linked mail address on browser but unfortunately not enough for them! Do Not Use Them!

Terrible and a rip people off. Never buy any of their products. They ask you to jump through hoops instead of a simple email to them. Worst company I have had dealings with and I have had dealings with some terrible companies. Their online security is terrible. Avoid like the plague.

Rockstars social page looks bad and barely works half the time. Rockstar has also reset thousands to millions of accounts, you went too far, give us our accounts back!!

The CAPTCHA for creating an account is so incredibly ridiculous. It took at least ten lengthy verifications. Have some sense of proportion please.

the game is fun however the online players make this not fun, continuously being murdered and shot by someone of a higher level. f😒k rock star games, pay to play

False advertising on Twitch and support not willing to help.
