Great outerwear and good communication
Very legitimate company with amazing outerwear products! I have 2 kits from them and both are still surviving some intense park riding just fine. Much better than some very popular brands even. Always ship my stuff to Austria and haven’t had an issue yet. Great company all around :)

Feels like a scam
Feels like a scam. I ordered 2 jumpsuits at a cost of over £550. They didn't arrive on time so I paid their shipping costs to return the items back to them.
Then I find out they charge 8% additional fee to refund any item due to 'handling costs'. Given the expense of the original items, this came to just under £50. Which is insane!! With their return costs, at £10 each because they sent the items separately, it cost me around £70 for the pleasure of not even opening the items and sending them straight back. Avoid this company.

She's been of amazing help regarding items chosen and questions regarding the items themselves.
The order received came in solid packaging, and the garments themselves are truly of high-end material!

Great product but stressful return process
The product was great but unfortunately, didn't fit. The return was stressful - you have 7 days but have to send pictures and wait for a response and then still get it postmarked within the 7 days. Once they receive it they then take two weeks to review and approve the return. I had the jacket on for less than one minute and was sweating that they were not going to approve because the process was so drawn out. In the long run, I'd rather deal locally or with a company that makes returns easy.

Amazing work! I ordered the wrong size unfortunately and the team was so nice and helpful, they immediately reach back to me and offered multiple options how we could fix the problem. Issues cancelling orders, but they do work on resolving issues for you
UPDATE: due to this review, the customer services team did extend the return window and waved the 'return and handling fee' as a goodwill gesture. The return process was lengthy, and I have only just received the refund a month after placing the order, but I do appreciate the care and extra attention from the customer service team in the end. The product itself seemed good too, nice warm trousers, looked like they would be as waterproof as stated, can't fault the product.
Revised rating from 1 star to 3, I think the cancellation process should be smoother, but the customer service and products are good for the price.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I ordered some snow pants and tried to cancel the order within 10 minutes of making it. I emailed customer services, and they didn't respond till a day later, asking me if there was anything they could do to keep the order (re-sizing etc), I said no please just cancel as requested (replying almost immediately).
Another day passes before I get a reply, at which point the shipment has already left the facility and it's too late to cancel now.
They suggested returning the item once it arrives, but this will cost me in postage, and I am out of the country the week they are due to arrive, so I will miss their very slim 7 day return window.
So basically you can't cancel an order or they will drag their feet until the order has shipped and it's too late to do anything.

Item didn’t arrive in time for our ski…
Item didn’t arrive in time for our ski trip, shipping time was over 3 weeks. We sent repeat messages to find to find out about shipping timing but never received any clarity. We had to go and get an additional snow suit for my daughter for another vendor.
The suit arrived while we were on the trip. I initiated the return as soon as we got back from the trip but was told it was outside of the one week window
Don’t trust them - the customer service is horrible and now we are stuck with a $300 snow suit we don’t need

Trying to return the ski jacket…
After submitting my review Snowears contacted me apologising about the delays and finally managed to do my return today 23/02/2026. Thank you Mary for your assistance.
Received the ski trousers and jacket but unfortunately jacket was too big. Tried to return providing photos as requested but I get the exact same email saying that “photos did not meet their clarity standards”. You can see the tags, read the tags, photos of the jacket front and back and original packaging. First return request on the 10th of February 2026, second request for return 12th of February with more photos and the third request today 14th of February with a total of 12 photos.
They state that returns are acceptable within 7 days from delivery date not 30 days from purchase

Utterly annoying and unprofessional…
Utterly annoying and unprofessional company. Takes forever to receive items. It ships from China and not US, whilst mentioning it has warehouses in Europe. Returns - the function doesn’t exist despite saying it does. Communication - equally not a function that works. After confirming to me return, did absolutely nothing. Shipped the return item twice, wasting £60-70 in total. Both times the item was returned to me because designated person at Snowears failed to communicate with shipping companies to receive it. Absolutely disgusting experience!!!

Returned a coat because size was too big…
Returned a coat because size was too big. Had to pay for shipping. Once the coat arrived at the facility no one would pick it up . I tried contacting snowears by email but no answers. I paid 200 and some$ for a coat plus shipping to return it and now might never get the coat back… what a scam
Terrible quality
The ski jacket I purchased literally fell apart after its first use on a 1 week trip. Poor quality. When I asked for a replacement or to cover the cost to have it all restitched they refused as I needed to notify of damages within 7 days of receiving the order 😆
