Very disappointed . purchase my wife 4 pairs of shoes, one was uncomfortable and went to exchange. First of all during the initial purchase I kept being ask to down load a app to me virtual wallet for savings which I eventually didn't . Upon returning one pair sales person was rude and seem as did t want to help because I was returning. I got my receipt and left a week later still no refund and corporate says they have no record of my return even though I have a email and physical receipt. And the card they claim my funds were transferred to if not even my virtual card they set up . Has nothing to do with the money but the lies and customer service and no one getting back to me in over a week

I bought 2 Shirts, 1-2 months later I still didn’t receive anything.
I called, yet nobody picked up the phone, I wrote emails nothing ever came back. Till finally they agreed to cancel my order. Still not sure if I even got my money back. Horrible service

Snipes sent me the completely wrong shoe TWICE. 2nd time around, they said they refunded the order but after 8 business days they still haven't and now a representative named "Kim" is being a snob via e-mail like I'm at fault for their negligence. I tried calling but of course, no one answers the phone # provided. Rude inconsiderate morons who can't even ship the correct item and "Kim" says they don't send receipts for returns which sounds like FRAUD. No wonder all the bad reviews, Never again!

Today at 7:15 pm in the Snipes store Berlin Alexanderplatz at the checkout – no returns possible because it's Black Week, as the female cashier explained to me; I should come back on Monday. That's outrageous and not the customer service you expect from Snipes. The website states that you can return orders in-store. I drove all that way for nothing; this will definitely be my last purchase at Snipes; I think the cashier simply couldn't be bothered or didn't want to call a colleague to handle this 30-second matter. Terrible service or staff.

My shoes came with a big scratch on the left side very obvious when I first opened the box the shoes came fast but I’m not satisfied with the big scratch

I chose a size 8 for women
This was my very first order with Snipes.
They sent me a size 10 women’s/8 men’s in unisex. I notified them, and asked for a courtesy return label. They “are checking with the shipping department” as a tactic to stall sadly. Do not trust this company .
They DO NOT CARE about their customer’s
SAD but very TRUE 😭😭😭

Staff was amazing, great selections

I bought a hoodie in this store with a hole, I wanted to return it the same day, but the store manager said that because of this, there was a discount on it and they don't accept returns. Although the seller should have pointed out the defect when selling and said that it wouldn't be possible to return it, but he didn't say that. They are deceiving buyers.

Service from snipes was fine, but the courier they use is UPS who are the worst courier company ever! Snipes will not do anything other than send them an email for 7-14 days. So unless by some miracle it is delivered tomorrow, which I very much doubt as their drivers are liars and based on the fact they have held it in Manises from 9 December and we are now on the 23 they have ruined by christmas and my son still wont have received his present! NEVER will buy from them again for using this useless courier service.! Very disappointed.!

Totally scam, I have ordered a pair of shoes about two months ago but still nothing, and the customer service is not replying back to my email.
I had the worst experience ever.

I bought one shoes from them and they send it to me with DHL I wasn't at home and then the send it to them back and now it's about 25 days I didn't receive my item and I have to wait more 14 days for my payment!!!
Very bad company I will never buy anything again from this is store!!!!

They cancelled the order, saying that they had to do it since the product is not available in the stock anymore: “leider müssen wir dir mitteilen, dass der von dir bestellte Artikel nicht mehr vorrätig ist und wir die Bestellung 20232532678076 daher stornieren mussten.” And thats all. At least they could offer a coupon or something. This does not look professional!
