I loved the look and colors of the Dogg lbs Westside Rider Bong, so I ordered it. I want to shout out to Smokea's shipping service team. Unfortunately, the bong arrived broken. I notified the team, they sent me a form which I filled out and they replaced it ASAP! I got the intact product quickly and it works as great as it looks! It is ergonomically designed to facilitate solid sessions. And it looks amazing in my display cabinet with my other high-end/collectable glass. Love the product! Love the seller! Color me impressed. I wasn't expecting much due to the low price point. I specifically use this w/ my Lobo vaporizer and works like a charm. Picking up another one to use with my dry herbs.

Horrible customer service
My order didnt come and im only being refunded a portion of what I paid. I should not be charged a restocking fee on a product I never received to begin with AND they're making me pay for the shipping. This company scams ppl out of money. Do not order from these people

Not you Grandad's Glass
I love that I can load my 7 pipe once and have it last all day. Smooth green hits every time. And the way this device collects resin in the lower chambers is phenomenal.
I also like the weight of the 7 pipe...feels like I'm smoking a cigar.

Alternative use...
Soooo, I'm a middle aged guitarist that is learning to play Led Zep's Whole lotta Love and wanted to incorporate the slides Jimmy Page uses on the record into my playing...but a glass slide on my finger is too restrictive and when I put it in my mouth to make it accessible to me it looked kinda dumb, so I started looking for a ceramic or glass rod and then stumbled upon your items...It now rests on an extended piece of E string sticking out of a tuner peg and then gets stuck in my mouth after the first series of slides...cool in theory, but really just more efficient. Got a laugh from my band mates!!

Both products I received are CLEARLY…
Both products I received are CLEARLY defective. Only one will be refunded when I proved with pictures of the defects. They also refuse to refund any shipping charges. So I spent all the money and shipping for NOTHING. They are refunding the cheap item only but it is still completely unusable. DON'T EVER BUY FROM SMOKEA. TOTALLY DISHONEST
