At all times Samantha was very kind and throughout explained each stage until completion. She was sympathetic beside explaining the factual elements of the matter. She was patient when sometimes I did not understand the process.

What amazing service we received from Andrew Tarling not only was he happy to take the case on from an accident that happened in Spain after we wasn’t very hopeful with the different countries he went above and beyond and we had a successful win. Once a gain is like to thank you for ur support it’s very much appreciated definitely recommend.

I have been waiting for a response for three weeks. Nobody answers the phone very poor. My emails states I am concerned of fraud and you have done nothing to put me at ease. I have registered this issue and would like someone to respond please! Thank you for your assistance

Wrote a review yesterday and still not got a reply from someone that is dealing with my case. This company is a joke and wouldn’t surprise me if it is a scam company. How can people be waiting months to get replies and call up to not hear a thing back.

I had a reply from the customer care team but still they are not ones to tell you anything about your case so I still have to wait for the lazy solicitor to contact me no wonder there is no contact number directly to the solicitor that is dealing with the case. It is a joke.

I hope no one waste there time with this company and if you look at my review please use another company it’s for the best let me tell you!!!!

Took my potential case there on a no win no fee basis and took longer than I expected to get things moving.

First contacted them in February 2025 and didn’t get any real movement until December 2025. At this point I was apprehensive about going forward but I looked over the contract and wasn’t particularly sure. Anyway, life gets in the way and I end up forgetting about it and left it at that.

One day I get called by the solicitor who was talking to me about my case, I told him I would take a look at the documents again (I didn’t finish it the first time). Since this conversation I have received an email, sometimes 2 or 3 each day everyday from a Joanne (won’t include second name). The total amount of emails I have received, and they are still rising: 37.

It’s honestly insane that they are spamming me every single day and this alone has put me off signing. The amount of pressure they are trying to put on me is ridiculous, considering they took about 10 months to review!

I didn’t really mind the review duration, but the spamming I won’t be dealing with.

My experience was amazing and it was helpful, however I’ve been experiencing slow customer service on the app thankfully guaranteetech I came across on instagram broke everything down for me and it’s been amazing.

I cannot recommend Rachel Shafar highly enough. Since becoming involved she has been outstanding in every aspect of my case.

She has consistently provided clear, thorough, and genuinely helpful advice at every step along the way, making what can be a very stressful process feel far more manageable. Her ability to explain things in a straightforward and reassuring way has given me real confidence throughout.

I can't believe this is a real company. the onboarding process took 1 hour 20 mins, asking daft questions like ... so a year ago, when you damaged your hand opening a jar, what was the weather like outside? I could barely understand a word the person onboarding me said, they called me Dave at one point, even though thats not my name, then ultimately said we have rejected the claim. I mean, just send me a text, would never dream of using this shower ever the most unprofessional company I have ever come across
