Bought a limited edition record that is defect, no CS response.
Bought a limited edition record that firstly arrived late (though can understand this, no biggie) but more importantly was defect. Skips multiple times etc.
Have tried to get support from their CS but goes completely ignored. Wouldn't use them again.

Non existent customer service support
Ordered a Christmas Present for my husband on 8th December 24 and have emailed them 3 times now and again on Instagram without response. Status of order still says unfulfilled. Order should have been received within 5 working days. Totally unacceptable to not have any customer service support before Christmas especially when I’m £55 out of pocket. I can’t afford to get anything else.
